I bought a couch, && love seat that recline,&& a swivel chair. Also got a kitchen table that’s the perfect size for my family! It was such a good price,&& all the workers at big sandy were very helpful at helping us pick out what we loved best! Very patient,&& kind! The delivery guys showed up with it the day they said they would,&& was very respectful, they also set it all up for me too! I’ll definitely be buying all my furniture here!

The young lady (Hailee) that helped me with my search for a new living room suit was outstanding. She was knowledgeable and could answer my questions about the different ones I was looking at. Hailee was instrumental in helping finally choose one and more importantly she was very patient as I navigated my way to a final selection. I don’t think there’s enough space for my enjoyable experience with Haley at the Pikeville Ky. Superstore. This young lady was very professional, NO pressure, honest as anyone I’ve ever met. We thought we knew what we wanted then we see such a huge selection our choice changed several times. Haley’s patience’s were superb . I was very impressed with her knowledge with every selection we had a interest in as she let US make our choice as she calmly worked with us I seen she truly wanted us to be happy with our choices. No pressure sales pitch other than being honest with what was best for us from being kid friendly to the comfortable sitting. I’m so grateful for her honesty, sense of humor, down home personality. Well the young lady who helped me was wonderful at her job. She was excellent so you need to hang on to her She has a wonderful personality and she could sell ice cubes to the Eskimos. I came in to get a Samsung dryer I saw on the website. While looking at it I mentioned to Justin it was exactly what I wanted, but would be settling for. He told me he thought he had exactly what I wanted. He took me straight to the one I had really wanted, and was able to get it closer to my budget! I am so thankful Justin took the time to listen to me!

Excellent assistance and very patient. Sorry I changed my mind. Was nothing to do with the store or with the salesman. Would definitely consider buying from there, just not ready at this time.

I came to the Pikeville Big Sandy Furniture store looking for a dining room table to use in our family room. I was immediately greeted by a sales associate named Avery Meadows. He asked if we needed any assistance and after we told him we were just looking he let us browse at our own leisure. When we found the one we wanted we went by and he asked if we found what we were looking for. He answered our questions about the set and we told him we were going to look at a few more stores. We went to three stores and when we came back Avery helped us through the process and answered all of our questions. We highly recommend our local Big Sandy Super Store.
