My friends mom just bought a home there n it'd beautiful.

Quite place to live always has grounds keepers day and night. Very clean and taken care of.

I love it here it’s so peaceful and they keep the property clean. Everyone minds their own business and it’s safe community.

I lived here when i was growing up it was a perfect place for kids. all i have is great memories here .. alot of 1st experiences made life long friends that i still talk to. Infact my friends parents still live there after all these years. glad to see it is just as beautiful as it was when i was a kid 1987-1994 ❤ Love what they did with the park it has grass.. big games of ditch everyone knew everyone and watched out for everyone we had community picnics and if you did something your not supposed to do the manager would ground you lol and you had to tell your parents.. all the residents cared about their neighbors and watched out each other’s children and even punished us at times.. i had a ton of babysitting gigs made alot of money here. How great to see its still around!

I have friends in the park . I am in the park several times a week. The park is kept clean .when you have only three people. taking care of the park that is not an easy job. When there is large problem the managers are in the park helping with the problem . I wish that I lived there . I have seen the police in the park just driveing in the park . to me that makes for a safe place to live

Nohely and Irasema are amazing!! Their work ethic and professionalism is outstanding, they really go above and beyond to provide you with the best! I am very appreciative of their willing to help and inform others of what’s necessary. They make a great in management and also make sure the community is always clean and calm!!!

The mobile home park is very clean and management is very friendly!! I’ve been living there for 6 years and have not had no issues!! Management really take feedback into consideration and will do their best to accommodate resident needs!! Highly recommend this mobile home community!!

The manager and assistant manager in the office are very knowledgeable and helpful. Every interaction I have had with them has been very positive. If I ever run into any issues they are quick to resolve my problems.

I,VE BEEN LIVING AT PARADISE GROVES FOR 14 YEARS WITHOUT PROBLEMS. MANAGEMENT IS GOOD AND WORK HARD TO KEEP THIS PLACE GOING.

Clean and maintained. Standards are reasonable and enforced. High rent pays for amenities and attention to detail.

Great management, awesome place to live and raise a family, definitely recommend.

They strictly enforce the rules and that's what keeps it a safe place to live!! Love it!
