Hadorn's Bakery

Personally I love their lemon donuts and find that it is hard to find any competition for them. The filling is well distributed and intense, just the way I like my lemon donuts. Other donuts here are good too, of course. It's a well known secret that this is the best donut place in the area, so get there early because once the donuts run out they close.

This place is everything you’re looking for in a small town bakery. The pasties and doughnuts are to die for. THIS PLACE IS AN ABSOLUTE MUST TRY!!!

I never knew there was a doughnut called a “yum yum” and it is true to its name! Everything we bought was delicious and the ladies running the counter were efficient , packed our box of goodies quickly and before we knew it we were on our way. This place is sure to be a favorite if you make the time to drop in.

Stopped in because I saw a line outside just after they opened. It's worth the wait....good donuts, friendly people and free smiles!

Small place and the donuts are really good. Especially the Yumyum. It was a good price and the service was quick. Definitely stop if in the area again.

Ordered a variety of doughnuts, pastries, rolls to take to a family whose father just passed. They commented on how delicious and fresh everything was.

Tried a famous Yum-Yum on a recent visit, but nobody in our party was a fan. It is a very tasty twisted donut, but the filling was just too much sugar and cinnamon. Your taste may differ. The other items we tried: glazed donuts, rolls, were really fresh and had great flavor. Worth a visit. Try a yum-yum by all means, but try some other things in case the yum-yum doesn't charm you.

I got the blueberry and the strawberry filled donuts! They were absolutely amazing. The cashiers were friendly and the donuts were well priced.

If they were closer I would weigh 500lbs! Some of the best donuts served up by the friendliest women you could ever meet!

Donuts are my favorite food until I met a yum yum! Must try! They really should be the donuts sold in the five star stores because it would be be soooo much better than what they have now. And then I would be able to get yum yum all the time!

Hadorn's is the perfect iconic small town bakery. You can find everything from the regular glazed to the more decadent yumyum and of course the maple glazed cinnamon roll. The friendly helpful staff will gladly box as many donuts as you wish.
This is not just a donut shop either, but a full fledged bakery. Hadorn's also serves seasonal cookies, coffee and fresh baked bread.
My advice is to get there early! These guys sell out quickly on most days!

I LOVE HADORNS!!! Arguably the best donuts in Kentucky and they are always kind, you got to get here early because it is POPULAR! If you're a tourist I definitely recommend going here (if you can beat us locals to it) it's just a true main part of the Bardstown experience.
