The server/cashier was very helpful and pleasant. Made a great experience. Food is always good.

Our server Jesse was great. We dined in on Christmas Eve and he was very joyful and friendly and helpful. It was nice to see such a happy face

Came with my family and grandson and Jesse Kidwell was amazing. He helped us when we ordered. He helped my grandson with some coloring paper and crayons. He was all around the nicest person we have ever had to wait on us

We love our Bardstown Fazolis! They’re always fully staffed when we go, and the food is hot and fresh. There are very nice people who work there. Our Fazoli’s is a great, quick sit down restaurant or drive thru option.

Staff was great. Sami, Jesse and Amanda were awesome. It was a great meal for our volleyball girls. Plenty of food and great hospitality

The employees were hit with a big rush of customers at once. They worked so hard and provided such great service quickly.

Jesse is extraordinary and very friendly , food is served on glass dishes . “ Olive Garden “, has nothing on this place except higher prices . Must try !!!
