Was finally able to make it to The Toy Box in Glendale. If you’re in the Phoenix area and are looking for vintage toys, The Toy Box is the place to go. There is something for every budget. There were things in this shop that I have never seen before. Seriously amazing stuff. Lots of vintage Star Wars!

This by far is the best toy shop in town. Very organized and a ton of vintage product at great prices. They carry comics as well. Golden, bronze and modern. Very clean and great customer service. Highly recommended

Very cool place for anyone into nostalgia toys from yesteryear and modern too. I could literally get lost in in there just staring at all the cool eye candy. Some things were definitely priced better than others but there's still deals to be had. Cool s***

Might be a bit far depending on where you're located but they have a HIGE selection of Vintage toys from the 60s to the 80s and 90s. They might not have the "latest" thing but if it came out atleast 6 to 3 months back they will probably have it. Tons of Starwars/Gijoe vintage retro and current, 3.75in, 6in, and 12in. Even notable Bootleg/Knock Off stuff sometimes. There probably isn't a toy line they dont have something of, as they have a section/aisle dedicated to every line of toys. Gijoe, Startrek, Starwars, Jurassic Park, Rambo, Mask, Transformers, Rambo, Motu, Gobots, Spawn, Barbie, Rambo, Barbie, Hot Wheels, Horror, Pops, Sideshow, Hasbro, Kenner, Mattel, Galoob, McFarlane ect...

This place is awesome. Great spot to find vintage toys.

Better than excellent selection of vintage toys and figures. He man, thundercats, gi joes, voltron, mask, ninja turtles, Ghostbusters, DBZ, My Little Ponys, strawberry shortcake and oh so much more. Each section is divided by genre so if you want star wars, you can find them in one place and not have to hunt in different areas.
I walked out with 5 items for a reasonable fee but all sparked childhood memories that were priceless. I will be back soon!!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE what a fantastic place. From old to newer toys and games. The prices are amazing. The only sad thing is the toys I grew up with are now considered vintage lol definitely recommend this place though.

They have such a fun dolls section with lots of monster high. Have some wholesale still in the box and a bunch of secondhand at reasonable prices. Worker that checked me out was rlly nice and had convos with everyone abt what they got. Fun atmosphere I’d love to visit again.

Im a monster high fan so that’s what I focused on. I got a honey swamp (freak du cirq) in great condition for a good price. I’m def planning on getting some of their boxed dolls with my next paycheck lol. I like that i Can get MH dolls without giving all my money to target and eBay

Small store, but an AMAZING spread of toys and collectibles all for reasonable prices!! The gentleman that helped us was honest and courteous. I would look forward to doing business with these guys again!!!

5 stars for the selection of stuff and the nostalgia feeling I get when browsing. I will definitely visit every time I'm in Glendale. With that said, I think the prices are a little too high based on going sold item rates on eBay. Also, if it isn't for sale, I don't think it should be on display. I've been there twice and interested in some Star Wars blasters from the 70s and 80s. The first time I was told he was expecting to get the boxes and eventually sell them as "complete in box". The second time I visited about 6 weeks later, there were still no boxes and I was told that he was waiting for one more and then was going to try to sell them as a set. Well...I'd have bought one the first time and another the second time and worked my way up to the set if he'd have been willing to sell them to me. I have no interest in the boxes or shelling out the price for all of them at once. Best of luck to him on that...but I say don't display them if they aren't on sale.
