Rachel is a certifiable brow lamination queen!! I have been regularly getting my brows done by her for almost a year now and still can’t believe what a great job she does! Our schedules didn’t work out once and I had to try a different salon and they just weren’t as good and didn’t last as long. I recommend her to everyone!

In all my years I have tried a lot of different hairstyles. Some of them I would like to forget😂. Since I have been coming to The Boss Salon I have NEVER experienced regret. The professionals there are unmatched by any other! They know their craft and work hard to provide their clients with not only what they ask for but what they need. Pick and stylist you can’t go wrong. I personally see Emily Claire and Eric but any one of the team there is at the top of their game! They also have waxing, manicure and pedicure options so it’s a one stop shop!! Local, small business. You can’t go wrong investing in yourself and investing in your community!

I love this place!! My hair always come out gorgeous when Laurie does it. The color lasts and the cut is exactly what I want (I get bright colors underlights in my hair so it is hide-able and Laurie has done my bangs with color is a way that I can hide the color also with styling if I want to). Laurie is extremely knowledgeable in her job and super friendly. I keep going back because even if the salon is small it is beautifully decorated and perfect (They even have a powerstrip for people to plug I their phones, laptops or kids to plug in their handheld games while waiting for their parents to be done getting beautiful. They added in a waxing, manicure and pedicure area!

Eric is a stellar hair stylist.

The conversation and hospitality he provides the moment you meet him rivals his creative talent.

I would recommend him to anyone looking for an expert in the North Central area.

I cannot recommend this salon enough. I find myself there for everything: hair, nails and waxing. Emily Claire is a hair magician. I see Rachael religiously for all my wax needs. I say this with absolute and utmost honesty, I've never had a painless wax until I met her. I didn't know those existed. She's got the magic touch. And Trish for nails (mine have never looked better). I never understood the women who had future hair, nail and Wax appointments 3x out until I found Boss.

Love this spot, my go to for eyebrow lamination! Rachael is an artist! I feel welcomed and always taken care of when I go to Boss.
