Why does Google rate this at 4.6? There are nothing but 5 star reviews, going back years! These folks are terrific. I've never had any bad experiences, and I've been with them forever. Dr. Baker is one of the best vets I've ever encountered. Just the way she handles animals, and her knowledge and common sense are outstanding. Not trying to sell you pricey products or procedures. Just excellent animal care. Staff is great as well. We're blessed to have her! Affordable and willing to work with you.

I would leave 10 stars for Dr. Baker and this clinic if I could. Dr. Baker has been the vet to my many pets for nearly 20 years and I have never once had a negative experience. She is kind and shows genuine care for every animal I've every brought to her whether it's a pet rat or a dog. I have had many foster animals with problems over the years and I don't know what I would have done without her. She takes time to listen and explain every procedure, what she's doing and what is absolutely necessary. If she treated humans I would want her to be my doctor. Her prices are fair and she is the definition of ethical. I've never met another vet like her. Her staff is also always kind, sweet and amazing. We are so lucky to have this clinic in our town.

I've been taking my dogs to Dr. Baker for almost twenty years now. Her top two greatest assets are her diagnostic abilities and her great compassion for all animals. She has shown perseverance in diagnosing some difficult conditions and demonstrated a very high degree of professionalism. I have recommended her to many friends. She prices her treatments fairly and has excellent follow-up. Like a friend of mine said after seeing her, "She's just really smart."

Coconino Veterinary Clinic and Dr. Baker are just the best. They are reliable, available, knowledgeable, and extremely affordable. As someone with rescue dogs who pop up with unexpected issues on the regular, it’s great to know that you don’t need to worry about super high vet costs on top of it. Dr. Baker always takes her time explaining exactly what is going on and giving you her professional opinion, and doesn’t rush you out of the office. You know that all of your questions and concerns will be attended to, and that you won’t be made to feel stupid or uninformed. They’re very fast about filling prescriptions and I’ve never had to wait more than three days for an appointment, even during COVID-19. I also really appreciate how straightforward she is, she’s going to give you the low down and not BS you or upsell you unnecessarily, especially if it’s bad news. She’s kind and optimistic, but she’ll also let you know in plain language what’s happening and what your realistic options are. I definitely recommend Coconino Veterinary!

Dr. Carla Baker and her staff are amazing, and completely wonderful to work with. Our pets love her and her staff! Dr. Baker has been taken care of our two shitzu boys since they were born 9 years ago. I could not imagine taking them anywhere else. She has always been very honest, caring, and far too reasonable in her pricing for her services. I actually think she should charge a lot more! She has gone out of her way, and even changed her schedule, to take care of our dogs in an emergency and when they are in need. It's great to know there is someone who cares and loves our dogs as much as we do! I highly recommend dr. Baker and the entire staff at Coconino Veterinary Clinic!

Absolutely the best veterinarian I have ever met! I took my dog and cat to see Karla Baker. She was so thorough and knew alot about anything pet related I asked. Not only was she great, but so were the two ladies who checked me in and out. I would highly recommend anybody to take their pets to see Karla Baker for care!! Great rates too! :)

We have been visiting Dr. Baker for 17 years and our longevity is a testiment to her amazing care. For years we both had the freedom to go outside, but often had to have Karla cleanse our battle scars after protecting our turf from other cats. She told our owner to make us indoor cats to greatly extend our lives. We still are not happy about it, but our owners seem to have a lot more money to spend on high quality catnip for us! Dr baker is the most proffesional and loving vet i have ever met. You can tell that she puts her heart into every animal she see's. Its a level of care beyond any of the 3 other vet clinics i have been to in flagstaff. She cares about your companions just as much as you!

My aunt Karla works there. I can tell that she loves all kinds of animals. She is so gentle, explanatory, and kind. In other terms, the vet hospital itself is very sanitary after taking a tour with my aunt. Karla helped dress my dog's broken leg with no issues whatsoever! Simply amazing! Definetly recommend to all animal owners. (:
