My mother's partner passed a few weeks before my mother. I was not in the area when they passed, but when I did arrive I asked to see her and within a few hours I was able to come see my mom for the last time in their chapel. She was laid out very peacefully with a nice blanket.
Both my mother and her partner were cremated shortly after. James ensured that we filled out the paperwork correctly and signed, although due to changing technologies, a few errors occurred with pricing. I suggest you check and make sure everything is paid for if you are dealing with a pre-paid contract. It can be confusing with different insurance providers. I didn't feel as if I was overly pressed to purchase anything. I asked for the cheapest container available for my mother and the TPU container was provided with no harsh upselling. All my questions were answered and both my mother's and her partner's remains were treated with dignity and respect.
You may not always be able to deal with the same person every time, but every person that helped knew what they were doing within reason. Sometimes there are outside insurance companies that can complicate the process. Every time we walked in we were greeted within seconds and I am grateful to everyone for making the process the least painful it could have been. I feel that Dimond & Sons is reliable, flexible, and respectful.
Extra items that you may be interested in are necklaces with fingerprints of your loved one or wearable symbols that can hold a few of the cremated remains.

God Bless this business for covering the expenses of the children that were taken in the fire. Thank you for stepping up in such dire time of need. My prayers and heart goes out to the family, friends and anyone that have been deeply affected by this tragedy. Thank all the firefighters and neighbors who took part in the rescue, may God provide comfort and healing to all of those that were impacted.

Diamond and Sons is covering the cost for five children services. These children’s lives were tragically taken in a fire just before Christmas ‘23.

Words can't express how wonderful the staff is. Everyone was absolutely amazing. Christie went above and beyond to help me make the memorial service for my mother in law as perfect as possible. The staff was amazing they had a lot to deal with that wasn't pleasant, but treated us with kindness and respect. We came from out of state and had to bring our dog, they were amazing and offered to dog sit during the service. Just every turn they did something more to put us at ease at this very sad time. I will be forever grateful for the kindness and respect they showed us.

Dad made very little in the way of plans, he passed pretty quick, he had a small insurance policy from a company that was really difficult to communicate with. Diamond and Sons took care of everything, They treated Dad with the utmost respect and were very consoling to us. Blair did an amazing job getting through to Dad’s insurance and taking care of us. They did their utmost to make the process as stress free as possible, giving us the time we needed to grieve. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services to anyone.

I was very impressed with Stacey and how she helped me plan my final arrangements . She helped me feel at ease and seemed to be able to answer my questions as I was asking them. I had been worried that the experience would be like buying a new car. The person helping me would be trying to talk me into one more thing many times. Lol. My experience was not like that. She was very helpful and reassuring. I feel like a load has been lifted now that my sons and sister won’t have to make all those decisions. I have been impressed with diamond and sons twice for the way they handled the deaths of two of my friends. That’s why I chose them.
