Jeannette and Lisa made us feel as comfortable and at ease as anyone could in our situation. Our parents were killed in a car accident and we were in shock. They knew our parents and took great care of them and that help us in our time of need. No one should have to experience what we did, but Resthaven staff helped us through everything, with kindness and love.

Resthaven went out of their way for my family's services every time. They have always been kind, patient, and accommodating. It is always a kick in the gut to have to pay for a funeral and purchase the most unwelcome piece of real estate just after losing someone. The directors and agents that perform these services are deeply understanding professionals, and the phone operators deliver every message. The groundskeepers are always patient and considerate as well.

I went to check out this cemetery on the Day of the Dead and I really enjoyed seeing people visiting their loved ones. So many ofrendas lit up the headstones creating a peaceful and beautiful atmosphere. The staff were friendly, helpful and seemed to be working hard to maintain everyone's safety. I highly recommend this cemetery.

Jeanette was amazing through the whole process. We felt like she was a lifelong friend. She was personal with us but in a professional manner. She was easy to talk to, she gave us her number to contact her at any time. We felt blessed to have her guide us through this process.

Everything went as expected. The pricing was reasonable, the options quite nice. The service was great. We thank the staff for being patient with us as well. My father has a comfortable place to rest.

If you decide to use West Resthaven Funeral Home to bury a loved one you are at the right place. Everyone I spoke to or spoken to in person was wonderful! Please ask for Jeanette Rosie’s she is one of the licensed funeral directors. She guided me and my mom through the process to bury my Dad who recently as passed away. I can’t say enough about her she made the process so loving and at easy. I just loved her like family. So don’t worry you are at the right place.

My family used this venue and funeral event team for the funeral arrangements of both of my paternal grandparents (2010 and 2011), with our most recent experience , with Jeanette as our wonderful director, in August 2023, for the funeral arrangements of my mother. Jeanette was incredibly easy-going, detailed, prompt, and intelligent. She made every accommodation possible, including the finite makeup-hair requests for the mortician, ordering of more Thank You cards after the event, and other incredible tasks we asked to service the other 250+ attendees who attended my mother's Viewing and the 150+ attendees who attended my mother's Funeral and Internment the next day. Where she always remained sensitive and understanding, she was also practical and to-the-point, providing us transparency and precision amidst the flurry of planning a huge event and emotionally processing grief. The West Resthaven team was just as accommodating and compassionate. For the Viewing, they were available to any and all attendees, especially the main family. My extended family were incredibly impressed with their professionalism but especially with their dedication to take care of the family members and all of our guests. The coordination between West Resthaven, the Catholic church, and the cemetery were also so seamless and structured. My family and I will forever be grateful that Jeanette and her team were part of my mother's funeral events.

Amber was really wonderful. We lost our son tragically. Her sincerity, compassion and kindness was so appreciated. She really made things easy on us. My son had a beautiful service. Thank you for everything Amber.

From the start of the process to the end, the entire Resthaven funeral home personnel were such pleasant and accommodating group of people to deal with. From Jeannette Rosiek to Chaplain Thompson. Nothing but courteous and professional people. I’m not sure how you recommend a funeral home but I would if asked!

Special circumstances, our loved one moved to the area and the death was very unexpected. We made all arrangements via phone and drove to Glendale to pick him up. We didn’t have a service for him there since family was in Texas. Resthaven did reserve a room for us to pick up the cremains and were very kind. Although our actual services were limited to the cremation and picking up the urn, they did this in the most dignified way possible. We are grateful for their services.

My wife and i had purchased burial plots years ago and then 10 years ago completed the purchase of related services, a vault, open & closings, etc.. Sadly the need of those services occurred recently and I was very pleased when the initial meeting with a representative of Resthaven confirmed our prior arrangements and carried out our wishes perfectly.

The staff is very friendly, attentive, respectful and was always keeping me informed. I was very impressed by their attitude and professionalism!

Her excellent customer service and attention to details helped put our family's minds at ease when making the arrangements and holding the services at the funeral home for our loved one. Jeanette and the staff who assisted her provided a positive experience for us during such a difficult time. The Service provided by West Resthaven was exceptional; they, unfortunately, had to help me twice in 6 months, and they took care of everything with speed and Grace. I want to give a major shout-out to the two people who helped me the most, and without their care and excellent customer service, I don't know what I would have done. Jeanette Roziek and Deanna Benton, thank you for everything you did to make a hard time more manageable.

Everyone at West Resthaven Funeral home were absolutely kind, accommodating, compassionate, patient, and helpful. Funeral director Emma, was especially helpful. She went above and beyond to assure that my Mom had the compassion she deserved and patiently took all our questions, even after work hours. Stormi helped us with all the cemetery details and was patient and helpful and clear about everything. I’m so thankful to have had my Mom interred into this cemetery. Thank you all!

Words cannot express the gratitude we have for Juli Lincoln. From the initial phone call she had with me, she made me feel calm, peaceful and taken care of. She made us all feel that she were part of our family when she handled our arrangements! She added special details that only family would normally do; from the wake to the funeral she displayed professionalism and grace. I would give the entire staff 5 plus stars!
