I picked up prescriptions for myself and my husband. I was in and out of the pharmacy in a hurry. The lady at the counter made sure I was getting the correct meds and that the charges were correct. Then I went to find a unusual car garage opener battery. The young many behind the counter was very helpful and came to help me look. When they did not have the batteries I needed, he apologized, asked if he could help me further and wished me a good day. I was very satisfied with my visit.

Very clean and hometown service. I went in and straight to a card rack. While there I was waiting on a call. A sweet, friendly employee cruised on over to me and asked me if needed help finding anything.

By the time I had gotten to the checkout two store employees had spooroched me!

Worse customer service of any Walgreens pharmacy I’ve been to.

Beware!! Always worth going to another pharmacy!!! Our daughter had a double ear infection, and we were prescribed cefdenir (not our first time). Using the dosage and syringe given to us by the pharmacy, we administered the antibiotics accordingly. They shorted us FOUR DAYS WORTH. And then denied any fault. I have never had this happen before. I know I didn’t give too much of the meds, as we have taken the same meds and dosage before for the same chronic condition. Shocked at the lack of empathy, accountability and care of the staff. It’s a liability to get your medication here!!

Came to this pharmacy and a young man named Kyle S was very rude and acted like he didn’t have the time for me, mumbled under his breath when I asked a question as well as rolled his eyes at me. This is a place where people should have patience as I was there to get my after care medication from surgery. I have contacted corporate. So sad such a small town and this store is not doing the greatest in customer service. Go to CVS!

Probably by far the worst walgreens I ever mess with. Only 1 person behind the pharmacy that is halfway friendly. Everyone else is not. Talk about slow! Slow doesn't even describe them. Needs a huge overhaul or at least made aware of. I live here so I shouldn't have to go to etown to get my meds. Hometown shopping is what I want to do.

Workers just talk and forget about my refills. I went twice this week and its like they ignored me at the window, so i went home. I waited 30 minutes each time and hit the call button and they wouldnt answer. I miss when it was Rite Aid it was much better. I never get my meds now.

Pharmacist never on duty...alot of us depend on scripts to live our life but can't get them due to pharmacist always has a reason not to work.never have the amount of meds needed even tho I get same meds every 3 months and monthly for years. If you say anything to staff you get attitude and told to transfer to etown. Really sad cuz some staff are super nice but the inconveniences are not worth the few there that show up to do their job

Store corporate really needs to look into this location, no one in this town wants to shop here! We shouldn't have to go to Elizabethtown to get our prescriptions etc, because our local retail pharmacy is so bad! Miss Rite Aid!

Told me they didn’t have access to the prescription I needed but they went ahead and made a insurance claim and had my insurance pay for it.Had to drive to etown to get my prescription and had to pay out of pocket due to their ignorance. I have tried to contact them multiple times and went in and the pharmacy is closed. If you can use a different pharmacy I highly recommend to go elsewhere and they also ignore you if you go to the window

Pharmacy hours are very inconvenient. If you work for a living you can not use this pharmacy because they are only open while people are at work. It is a sorry excuse for a pharmacy.

I can’t even get my meds picked up. The drive thru is never open now and all of us sick people gotta stand in line together? And not even open during regular business hours? This is crazy. I’m switching to Jeff’s Monday.

We made appointments for our flu shots, only to arrive and find the pharmacy closed. No email, phone call or text!

Since becoming a Walgreens when you call you have to go thru a automated system your prescriptions are never ready on time so I have decided to change my pharmacy
