Extremely kind and professional. I scheduled a finger print scan at a UPS location nearby and showed up here by accident. Hersch was extremely accommodating and dropped what he was doing to fit me in. They have a printer on site and worked with PrintScan to help save me the shipping cost I paid for the UPS location. Can’t recommend enough!

I went to Mom and Pop Tax to have them confirm my recent text returns were correct. I made $65,000 but only got $150 back in federal. I had lost my tax paperwork but had it on my phone. This took Autumn a little while to download but after a quick look she assured me my taxes had been done correctly. She then explained how the tax system works. I asked her how much I owed and she said nothing. This restored my faith in humanity😁 She was very

Not only did she get us a great return, she also provided super valuable insight into how best to minimize our tax burden when including our side business.
