I absolutely never used a delivery service for alcohol until covid 19 really but boy am I glad I found these guys when I did. Easy online ordering, no silly fees, and they always call to double check personally if a flavor or size your picked is unavailable instead of just leaving it out and you having no idea. Always friendly and reliable and I just wish I had my job back so I could tip them more. Great selection and occasionally there's deals and sales which are just everything right now when heat and grocery stores are so daunting. Thanks!

I work as a personal assistant and needed to have a gift delivered to one of our business partners (and since we're located out of state, my company's gifts have to be delivered by a service rather than in person); Lucky's went above and beyond in terms of delivery and customer service, even when there were some difficulties on our end. Jack, the gentlemen who helped me arrange the delivery, was courteous and helpful throughout the entire process. Their prices are also very fair--ESPECIALLY for something being delivered on the same day. I'd highly recommend Lucky's, especially their delivery service. We will definitely be using them again for anything in the Phoenix area of this nature!!!

My prayers have been answered! I normally used minibar, but since Lucky Liquors came into my life there's no going back! The service is super fast, and the delivery drivers are very friendly. The prices are reasonable and they even have buy one get one deals they honor on deliveries. They also give you reward points called "lucky bucks" to use on future orders. And they added the tip feature at checkout which is awesome for those of us who don't always have cash on us.

At a time when Whiskey prices are through the roof and lots of liquor stores are jacking prices way up, Jack and the folks at Lucky's remain reasonably priced. They often have rare and allocated options and they don't charge 3 and 4 times retail like some of their competitors. I hesitate writing this because I don't want people raiding one of my favorite spots but it wouldn't be right not to give these guys a shout out for running a great operation. Additionally the stores are really well kept, the selection of beers is solid and the customer service is top notch. Its worth passing a few other stores to get to Lucky's.

I almost ordered through another delivery service, but decided to check Lucky's direct site. Fair prices, same day delivery, which amazed me since we're in the middle of a pandemic. The driver was nice and very courteous. I'll be back.

First time user and This is the best service that anyone can imagine especially supporting a local Arizona business. The selection is perfect for me I only drink Crown and Titos which they had in stock. Only drawback on that was they did not have the 1.75 of Titos, but I will not knock that one bit, because the service was amazing. I placed the order at 5:19 and and by 5:50 my order was here. They quoted a 45 minute window and beat it. I can even rely on Pizza service to be that quick. The prices are reasonable for the service you receive when the delivery is free and as much as I insisted on giving a tip the driver declined to receive it because they are store hourly employees not working for a tip. I wish he would have accepted for the excellent work they did. Now I will always offer a tip, but this polite driver decided to decline. So heads up always offer.

One thing as a tip have your DL ready even if you look old enough because they have to fill out state paperwork to ensure they are not delivering to minors.

I highly recommend.

For an independent store Lucky’s is one of the best in Phoenix. They have a great selection of liquors and beers compared to most small liquor stores I’ve been to. Prices are very competitive even on allocated bottles. Thank you Jack and company for the great service and being fair.

This company is truly incredible!! I needed a bottle of wine delivered ASAP for someone very important to me and they not only worked with me but also I had to make a last minute time change to have the wine delivered in 30 minutes and they made it happen!! Incredible prices and the best service I have ever had the pleasure of enjoying. Thank you guys so much for your amazing work!!

With recent events, I am limiting my outings wherever I can. I found Lucky's online when looking for deliveries of adult libations. I have ordered from them a number of times now. They are quick, efficient and friendly.

First time there tonight, and won’t be the last. Great liquor store!! Great big selection of beers, wines, champagnes and liquor of course! Inside and outside of store was very clean. We found champagnes we had been looking for at the big box stores with no luck. Then we found Lucky’s and they had all the champagnes we’d been looking for.

Owners are very professional and know products, I was recommended a polish brand that they carry and was exactly what I was looking for, pricing is legit, friendly people, go here! Only liquor store that does not make you want to tuck a hand gun before going in-I have now switched my store for Liquor, beer, and soda! Luck Liquor=A++

I had never ordered alcohol for delivery, so this was new to me. The process was easy and quick. The delivery was sooner than expected and the delivery driver was pleasant and courteous. Definitely ordering from them again.

So, I'm in Ohio and wanted to have a Single Malt delivered to my son for his 30th birthday. I go to Lucky's on the internet and converse with Jack (the Owner) via instant message right on their site. Jack helps me select the Scotch, gives me a "link" to finalize the transaction, including gift wrapping and a card and delivery - Done!! Plus....I have to tell you...Jack types really fast :) This is the very best service I have EVER seen from a Liquor store of any kind. Jack, I wish you were in Ohio!! Thank you for taking care of this. I'll be visiting when I'm in Phoenix.

I had a concern with a beer purchase and they very quickly addressed it. They offered to make it right and offer an exchange since it was reasonably expired. Exceptional customer service and very nice people run this store. I sincerely appreciate this and would recommend.

Lucky's Liquor is one of the only businesses around here that understand that there is some cost to running a business. They allow debit card use at No Charge ! Thank you for that.
