Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Cincinnati Airport, KY

It's clean. Friendly people work there. The Hispanic lady working in the breakfast area does a great job keeping it clean. The price is right and the place is not run down like some reviews on here. I will definitely stay here again.

Rooms are clean and modern, location is well taken care of, and the service was great. Very close to the airport.

Very convenient if you're going to the Creation Museum or Ark encounter. Lots of young families there with well-behaved children. Very sweet to see. Good breakfast!

Used the shuttle, had a standard breakfast, friendly staff, nearby airport which worked great. Broken ironing board.

Loved the whole experience even fresh cookies when you walk in the door. The room was nice and clean the people that work here are very nice and accommodating. I would definitely come back but I won’t be in Ohio no more.

I dropped my grandmother off here and got her checked in. The desk clerk was so wonderful! She was polite, funny and went out of her way to help up fixing an issue with our third party booking. Pool and hot tub were clean and no other guests. Breakfast room was large and fully stocked. Room was large and clean for such a great value! I lie within an hour of this hotel but I will be going back to have a mini staycation!

We got a suite last minute because of the weather and checked in very late at night.
The rooms were clean and spacious, as was the bathroom. Moreover, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Even though they had to work during a snowstorm and deal with lots of stranded, disgruntled people, everyone was just extremely welcoming and pleasant to talk to. Thank you to all the staff!

Great hotel! Quiet location. Perfect for families. The breakfast was an expanded breakfast, lots of choices. I'd recommend that the eggs be REAL eggs, though, and the fruit to be FRESH fruit, not a can of fruit cocktail dumped into the fancy serving container. Other than that - friendly, helpful staff, and a clean hotel, means my family enjoyed our stay!

This past weekend I stayed at this hotel. There was a little bit of a hiccup, however the front desk and GM Marie was fantastic in helping me through this. It was a collaborative effort.. The way everything was handled by the staff made me feel at ease. The care and kindness by everyone. Such professionalism and trying to go above and beyond. Thank you for helping me throughout my trip. I will be coming back!

The staff is super pleasant & friendly. After a 5hr drive, I was tired & they were awesome!! From the front door to our room the cleanliness was wonderful. Not only could we see the cleanliness, we could feel it. Not alot of places can give you that feeling because of that, we felt comfortable staying there. Would absolutely 100% stay there again

The morning breakfast was very chaotic due to so many people at the same time. Despite having customers not being kind, Valentina kept filling the food, coffee, throwing trash with a smile on her face. I know many places are understaffed but she handled herself with Grace and worked very hard to make sure her customers were getting the best service possible. Thank you Valentina for making my stay extra special.

Ms Sara and Ms Tracy who both work the evening shift, are phenomenal. My wife and I were staying to visit the Creation Museum and Ark Encounter. We flew in from TX and as we all know sometimes body wash or any liquids stored in your luggage can be damaged, and unfortunately, my wife's body wash spilled on her clothes. We used the washing machine which was conveniently located within the hotel. Upon our return we found the washing machine had been filled with the suds from the body wash that was on the clothing. Soap was leaking from the machine. The door was not unlocking. Ms Sara came in and the door finally unlocked. She helped us remove the clothes and clean up the mess we made. And she caught a great photo of my wife and I playing in the suds. She gave us an extra quarter to help us with the re wash, because we were short a quarter. Great staff. Great stay here!

Their breakfast was amazing. Nice lady. The swimming pool was so much fun! What a great day/night!

The staff is extremely polite & helpful! I had the pleasure to encounter Mr. Bob and both Amanda the front desk clerks. They made my family visit very pleasant. They went over and beyond to make sure we was comfortable and all are needs was met😍 The rooms was immaculate I was very pleased to have very clean rooms. Towels was always available fresh & clean. The indoor pool was great working conditions and pool was area was spotless! The dining area was clean. The breakfast was delicious all the food was hot and fresh and well stocked. I would recommend this hotel to all my family and friends. I was impressed by this hotel I don't have one complaint I give them 10🌟

My wife and I were in town to visit the Creation Museum and Ark Encounter. This hotel is perfectly situated in between both attractions by the way. We stayed 4 nights and it was enjoyable. We were only in the room to sleep so we did not see/use much other than the room and breakfast. I did notice the pool and hot tub were under construction while we were there. I was concerned about airplane noise being so close to a large airport, but it was not even noticeable. The bed was very comfortable. The room was spacious and adequately appointed. It is getting time for a refurbishment, but everything was clean. Breakfast was nice with a variety of foods both hot and cold and something a little different each day. We are from Georgia and can give their sausage gravy a good thumbs up. All the employees we encountered were extremely friendly with Amanda leading the charge in customer service. Skip dessert when eating dinner. When you come back to the hotel, they have warm cookies waiting for you. We will stay again.

Real hospitality. Full hot breakfast complimentary. Actual coffee maker in-room. Smallish indoor pool and exercise room. Everything clean and well-maintained.
