Cancun Mexican Bar & Grill

We came in with a large group on a Sunday around 1:00. They sat us immediately and took our order quickly. The chips and salsa and drink refills were brought continuously.
Food was delicious and had generous portions! We got a flight of margaritas, and it came sailing over in an actual airplane with a firecracker on the tail. Amazing presentation! Great flavors of margaritas, too.
We had a wonderful meal and would come again!

I never get tired of this place. Great food and friendly service.

You can't go wrong with their frozen Margaritas.

The atmosphere is perfect. Its lively, yet comfortable with soft lighting. The menu has a very large selection to choose from, it is one of the best menus I have seen at a Mexican restaurant, and it comes with the standard chips and salsa. Every table has a respectable sauce rack on it.
The waiters are dressed in business casual uniforms are very polite.

Great local mex place. Been going here for years - food is always top notch and delicious. Drinks are strong so watch out. Fast at lunch so you can get in and out, without sacrificing service. Give the new pizza birria a shot if you like birria tacos - it is like a quesadilla on steroids.

Two enchiladas and a frozen, raspberry margarita. It was delicious. Their "table for 4" booths were small. Make sure to sit a leftie on the left. Food, drinks, and timing for service were perfect!

We used to eat here often because we were in the area for my daughter's dance classes, but several years have passed since our last visit. It is still just as good as we remember! Salsa was smooth and flavorful and the chips were crispy. All of our food was served hot, meats were tender, and everything had great flavor. Service was friendly and attentive. Great choice for Mexican!

Nice little place to stop and grab a bite. It deserves the 4.5+ star review on Google. My husband had juevos con chiorizo and I got a combo with a chile relleno on the side. My only regret is that they don't have a combo meal that includes more variety. The horchata was only so-so but everything else was great. The place was hopping on a Wednesday night so service was a little slow.

Food is always excellent, the service fast and efficient, and reasonable prices to boot. Our favorite Mexican restaurant, maybe our overall favorite.

Being turned away from the seafood place nearby, I stumbled my way in here expecting that Mexican restaurant food in KY will not be up to my expectations since I'm from NV. Wow was I disappointed. Food and staff were better then my traditional restaurant in NV close to the border. A must try is the "Burrito Barzon". The cheese sauce they smother the Burrito in is to die for. 😋

The food was very fast, the tortillas tasted a little stale. The green sauce was absolutely amazing, you can tell the sauces are homemade.

I enjoyed the food! I ordered the beef Birria tacos and they were delicious. The drinks !!! Oh the frozen strawberry margarita is so good and strong (just how I like it lol).

I went as a single diner today. I was so happy with my experience. I was immediately seated and made to feel welcome, my server was attentive and refilled my drink without my asking. This may seem insignificant but as a solo diner, I am often treated like a burden, not offered drink refills or seated quickly. I can’t enjoy my meal because I’m so uncomfortable. I’ve even heard a server complain about seating a single in her section at Bob Evans Ft. Wright. I always tip 30% to make up for being a solo diner.

Server was excellent, attentive and friendly. Will go back often.

The service is always excellent and the food is always delicious! They have a wide variety of options and a killer lunch menu. One of our favorite local spots!
