I had to find a storage facility when my son was finishing college and chose Cherokee because of previous ratings and the proximity to our house. The manager I dealt with there was very helpful in selecting our unit, when issues came up during our time there, and very gracious and efficient when we no longer needed the space more than a year later. I have nothing but praise for their staff and facility and would definitely use them again if I needed such a service.

Everything you would want in a business! Professional and courteous staff that are willing to go out of their way to help. Very nice facility with good security, ample lighting, easy entry and clean dry storage with the best rates around. After contacting several self storage facilities, Cherokee was the only one that would even consider fulfilling my needs.Call Travis or Wendy at Cherokee...you won't regret it.

Clean, safe facility

Manager is excellent.

Storage is a nice facility but the units are stacked so if you pick one that isn't on the bottom floor you have to use a crank machine to raise your stuff to the unit. The crank machine is a real work out. Save yourself and choose a floor level unit, or skip the gym membership and use the crank.
