I had a introductory facial here today, and I really enjoyed it. The room was very peaceful with calming music and water trickling. The bed was nice and warm which my freezing feet enjoyed! She was very nice and took the time to inform me of the different things she was doing. I added on the cold stone face massage which was absolutely lovely. The entire experience was wonderful from start to finish and I left with a nice clean refreshed face and feeling very relaxed. Will definitely come back!

I was involved in a car accident and needed a massage bad. I looked online and seen they had availability within the next 2 days so I booked. I arrived approximately 10 mins before my appointment time and was seen shortly after checking in. The lobby is welcoming and has a display of products you can purchase. The front desk worker was very nice and offered to get water. The massage therapist was very experienced and knew what she was doing. She was informative and explained what was happening next. When I left, I felt a million times better. They offer a membership that I signed up for and look forward to monthly massages for $70.

Very pleasant and inviting atmosphere. Employees use your name when speaking to you which is very personal and relaxing. The massage is also very relaxing as well as professional. Your best interest is kept in mind at all times during the massage. I have used Miche twice now. She is fantastic. I will be returning.

I’ve been a regular customer here for a couple of years and have enjoyed both massages and facials from several providers. Each experience, while slightly different, has been excellent. Today’s service with Jacky was no exception. The facility is tranquil. The folks at the front desk are friendly and helpful, and I always leave feeling soooo relaxed. Highly recommend!

Esthetician was fantastic- soft touch and very product knowledgeable. I had the Diamondglow… made an incredible difference (one I didn’t realize I needed so badly till afterwards).

I went in last week for a facial with Olivia C. I was in awe! She has a very sweet and caring spirit. She listened to my concerns and made her recommendations. It was the most relaxing experience I’ve ever had! My skin was glowing! I’ll definitely go back and will ask for her!

I actually went in for a massage and wasn’t very satisfied at first with it but went back and forth on saying something to the massage for over 2 weeks. I decided to contact the manager and he made me feel much better about the whole situation. I own my own businesses and I completely understand stuff happens and the manger there went above and beyond what he needed to do or what I myself would ever even be able to do. I honestly don’t know how he was able to make happen happen during a recession. I would highly recommend this location and the manger and the women who did my deep tissue I can’t honestly remember her name unfortunately but she did a great job as well. But I was mostly impressed with the customer service. I would highly recommend this location and the manger for making things work somehow during difficult times! Thanks again!

I recently had a massage and a facial. Both of my services were wonderful! My massage therapist was very attentive to what I needed focus work on and my esthetician customized the facial perfectly according to the skin concerns that I had told her about during the consultation. Everyone at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Definitely would recommend their services to anyone.

Front desk staff are excellent. Management is so kind. I’m pregnant and they have two therapist who do prenatal, Dorothy is awesome and can really focus on your underlying issues and areas of pain, Endia is amazing and purely a relaxing thorough massage. I recommend this massage to anyone looking to relax and unwind!

Laura is amazing. I know professionally she has been working in this industry for over 20 yrs. Her knowledge is extensive and her care for her clients goes above and beyond. My facial was amazing and she customized my products based on my needs. I’ll see you again real soon. This place is amazing.

The atmosphere of this place is peaceful and tranquil. I have been a client of Dorothy for a few years now, having seen her at her previous place of employment, and followed her to Hand & Stone. As a healthcare provider, I am on my feet upwards of 14 hours per day and few LMTs are able to get to source of my pain and discomfort as well as she can. She has always been attentive and respectful and extremely observant. As soon as I walk in she knows what my problem area is just by observing how I walk. I have limited experience with the other LMTs at Hand and Stone, but I know they are professional and competent. I highly recommend H&S and plan to be a long-term client.

Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I went with my husband the day before we got married and it helped so much. Plus my therapist suggested a great book for me to read about a skin and health issue I have, which is so nice. They really try to help you not just with massage but overall. We’ve been recommending this place to all our friends and family in the area. Definitely will go back and do it again. Come in comfy clothes though cause you will leave covered in oil. So wear something you don’t care if oil gets on it. I was in yoga pants and a t-shirt. I left feeling an inch taller and so ready for the next day. My husband loved it too.

Second time to use their services. First time was in Jacksonville Florida. Enjoyed having a couple's massage with my husband. Second time I was in Crescent Springs Kentucky. Let me tell you!!!

I got a facial here and it was glorious. The lobby is full of live plants, chilled water, and the cutest hot chocolate station. The girls up front are very nice. I got the facial with jillian and she set me up with a skin care routine to manage my acne, oil, and discoloration. She was very knowledgeable about products and walked me through everything she did and why. I am very excited she is doing facials again, I went to her all the time in Lexington.

I've been coming to this particular location for a few months now & everyone from the desk to the staff (esthetician) have been helpful & friendly. Overall, I've had nothing but good experiences, walking away feeling fresh & relaxed. I'll be making future appointments here.

I visited for a 60 minute massage and have been a regular for about 4 months, jumping between H&S local stores looking for the right person for me. I found him, Joe was a godsend! Charming and knowledgable, he reads the patterns of your body by looking at your posture and different visual cues and works what is necessary. If you allow him, and that's what you're looking for. As an athlete, I need someone strong to release pressure and get into my muscles as needed. As a massage therapist on race horses, Joe has the strength to do so. Excited to return and continue getting my body at it's best! Thanks!
