CHI Saint Joseph Medical Group - Primary Care

This is an outstanding primary care office that has made a significant difference in my quality of life. The warmth of the staff made me feel comfortable and welcome, and the knowledge and attentiveness of the providers is the best I've ever received.

For instance, I was seen for insomnia and was sleeping at best 2 hours per night. I tried a couple of medications that did not work, but I felt like my provider was personally invested in helping me until we found an adequate solution. For the first time in years I was able to get a full night's sleep. I am very thankful for this office and cannot recommend it highly enough.

Will be where I go from now on, they were incredibly helpful today and made time for me when I had a lot of pain happening.

I have been on a maintenance dose of a mood stabilizer for 6 years. At my request Dr Flannery, my PCP or his aid called it in on Dec 23. The pharmacy messaged them back that my insurance suddenly wont cover it, twice. This requires additional attention by the Dr, to either ask insurance to cover it, or prescribe something else to do the job.
It is now Dec30. Even after calling their office yesterday, NOTHING has been fixed. Is this malpractice? It is at the very least grossly irresponsible. To be cut off from mood stabilizer during SAD worst time, during winter holidays is NOT in the best interest of the patient. I will be going up the chain at Baptist Health.
