After a long search for a new (to me) vehicle I found Coopers Auto Group and finally purchased my vehicle. Tripp, the owner, helped me out so much!!! As a woman I had been taken advantage of before and was cautious anytime I went to look at a vehicle much less purchase one, but I got the opposite at Coopers. Tripp didn't make me feel pressured or try pushing me into something by lying to me. I have to say I was apprehensive before going in but when all was said and done, I am so glad I did! I would recommend Coopers Auto Group to anyone but especially to other women who have ever felt like they didn't matter when purchasing a vehicle. 10/10

I’ have been looking for a new upgrade from my little high-school car, this is my first purchase as an adult and Tripp and his family made me feel confident and comfortable in buying a 2015 Jeep Wrangler. They are very professional, respectful and transparent when it comes to inquiring about their vehicles. I've been here 3 times, each time I've been treated with total honesty, a family vibe, and I felt like everything was genuine. I never had a problem with any of the vehicles from this company. When My neice came for her first vehicle, they helped her tremendously and made sure she was comfortable and understood what she was getting herself. When she came to a problem where she had no car power going uphill, they gave her a temporary vehicle while they fixed her original vehicle. Before leaving, they made sure she was satisfied with the outcome, and when she asked to keep the temporary one instead, they worked with her and she left happy with the temporary vehicle. They don't play games or beat around the bush to trick you into something you don't understand. They fully explain and if they believe that your credit or down-payment isn't high enough, they will let u know that it's not a good idea to get a vehicle or they give you possible options. But they do however keep the option of still purchasing the vehicle if you want to go forward with it.

AMAZING SERVICE! Tripp was so amazing to work with! He definitely does not give off the typical “sales guy” vibe! From the start of us arriving, to the very end he was informative, helpful and humble! It’s usually a little difficult taking our 6 year old and 2 year old places such as a dealership, but not here. He made sure we all felt at home while going through paperwork, and the kids were able to play inside and pet his adorable puppy! Tripp made sure to show and tell me so much information about the vehicle I was interested in. He was very hands on when showing me the vehicle and made sure to include me and my husband. When signing papers he was very thorough, and made sure to include us both on that as well. Tripp cares so much about his customers and it shows! And to top it all off his beautiful wife and daughter were so welcoming and friendly as well, I could’ve stayed talking to them all day! Thank you so much Tripp, and your whole team for making me and my family feel so welcomed and thank you for making it possible for me to own my first jeep!!!!! There is not enough stars to rate how amazing this family owned business is! Would recommend 1000% !!!!!!

I purchased a truck from Coopers Autogroup this weekend. They have been phenomenal. The purchase is complete and they are still on top of making sure all commitments have been honored. They have been honest and forthright. Very easy to work with. If I were to look for another used car I would come back to Coopers Autogroup and I would certainly recommend them to friends. Their web page shares a vision of a warm, family culture and approach. They follow through on that. Try it. You won't be disappointed.

Bought a Super Duty from Cooper's at the end of March. Very easy to work with, very good people. The whole experience was extremely easy, even though this whole shut down started right at the time I was supposed to pick up the truck. Tripp and Chet worked hard to get all the inspections done on time for me to pick the truck up as quickly as possible. Had no problem finding financing, and getting everything done in a timely and painless manner. Love this truck already, it was priced right, and have already recommended Cooper's to several people.

What a great experience I had with Coopers Auto. The employees there are at the up most professional level. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from them.

They happened to have a nice Corvette at a reasonable price, and they made the whole experience enjoyable. They even let us use the air-conditioned show room to peel off a vinyl wrap from the hood and remove some tacked-on emblems. On the whole, an enjoyable, low-pressure experience that should be encouraged.

Tripp and his family run an amazing, honest, family oriented business that treats its customers with respect! They gave the best customer service experience during my first time buying a car, and even offered refreshments while doing paperwork. They stand by the cars they sell, and were really knowledgeable, and patient with all the questions I had. They put no pressure on me, and helped me to feel confident in the car, and my decisions! Tripp made sure I paid a fair price on my first car, and guided me through how pricing worked to ensure I understood clearly- he also detailed the background of the car, and informed me of any former concerns he had about it, which were all throughly addressed before I purchased the car. Tripp mentioned that if any issues arose (which none have!) that he would be more than happy to help me again in the future. At every other dealership I’ve been to, as a woman, I’ve been overlooked and not listened to, but at coopers I was treated with respect and given all the knowledge I needed in buying a car. This is my first time buying a car and I expected it to be stressful but instead it was a great experience. They are a small family run business and had their whole family helping with the process which made me feel like part of their family. They had my car detailed and gassed up before I took the car. Overall, I highly recommend buying a car from coopers and would definitely purchase another car, if I need, in the future.

I am so grateful for my experience at Cooper’s Auto. Tripp spent an a tire afternoon with me, only for me to go home empty-handed because I was waiting for my perfect vehicle. He fully supported me in taking my time and holding off until exactly what I was looking for showed up.
About a week later, it did! Tripp and I literally text each other at the same time, when I saw my dream vehicle on his lot and I drove by. He knew it was what I wanted and he kept me in mind when it arrived.
He worked really hard to get me approved and as comfortable as he could in my payment.
He even stayed late a couple of days so I could bring my boyfriend to see it. As a woman shopping for a car, I never felt pressured or patronized. Words fail to explain how important that is.
Tripp and his family are GOOD PEOPLE and we will definitely be back when my boyfriend needs a new truck.

Trip and his staff are absolutely amazing, there reputation absolutely follows them. They will go above and beyond to do there best to meet your situation. And they always have best and most well maintained vehicles. And there is always a jeep sitting in the lot calling your name. Every time I stop by there I'm treated with respect and feel like family. No pressure no upsetting either. This is the go to place when you need a ride.

From the first from call to the end of my visit they treated me and my two year old son with so much respect, they made us feel like family.
