AT&T Store

We had a great experience. Kera went out of her way to help us. She was kind, very helpful and her knowledge of the products and how they work was absolutely amazing.

The associate who helped us was very friendly, helped us find a plan that fit our needs better, and expertly installed new screen protectors. We were very satisfied and will return to this store for all our future AT&T needs. Thanks, Miranda!

I was frantic this afternoon when I lost every album and picture I had on my phone. I took off to the A T & T store where I purchased my phone. I was about to cry when I told a young woman named, Haley, that I’d lost everything. She took my phone and did a number of magical maneuvers and GOT ALL MY MEMORIES BACK! Thank you forever, Haley, for helping me today! I told you I love you, and I always will!

David, the manager of the Nicholasville store, was AWESOME!!!! Very patient and made sure all of our questions and concerns were successfully addressed. Super polite! Took extra time to seek additional support to expedite our requests. Attentive and respectful. Thanks so much!!

David was excellent manager. He knew what he was doing and was fast and patient due to the extreme pressure he was in. He didn’t have the extra help needed that particular day and was extremely busy, But prevailed. Love his attitude, knowledge and customer friendly.

Stopped by to check out a deal I saw on the AT&T website. Jackson and an employee in training (who were both very friendly!) helped me sign up quickly and easily. Definitely give this place a shot if you're looking for a new phone and/or provider.

The gentleman that waited on me at the Nicholasville office was assistant manager in a very kind gentleman who took the necessary time even though it was close to closing at 7:45 p.m. and he waited on me rather quickly and he was very informative I was quite impressed the gentleman's name was Jackson no relation to the Jackson 5 I don't think LOL

We went in today to AT&T in Nicholasville Ky to have data transferred from my old
Flip phone to my new one. Jackson Bark met us
at the door and welcomed us in. He introduced himself and asked our names and offered any assistance he could render. He walked us through on how he would transfer pictures and contacts one by one. We told him we could do.it ourselves now after he showed us. He continued to offer his assistance to transfer a contact one by one. It was a relief to see a ‘worker’ so willing to help in any way. Thx

So I walk-in to this store and the first thing I see is a young lady blonde hair that welcomed me and helped me with my upgrade in minutes, I was out in less then 20 minutes. I don't recall her name but she was very professional and knowledgeable

My husband, David, called the AT&T store, in Nicholasville, on Friday, 12/31/21 & spoke with Jackson. We had phone service with Verizon & were interested in changing to AT&T. Jackson was so helpful & knowledge & informed my husband, the store would be open on New Year’s Day. So, we went to the store & Jackson spent extensive time with us. In order to accomplish the change to AT&T, a trip to the Verizon store, was necessary. We have a lot to learn about iPhones, but, we couldn’t be happier with the phones & Jackson’a detailed knowledge, patience, kindness & awesome customer service

Jackson was very helpful with helping me getting my phone back in working order today. Patient and very knowledgeable. Nice to have such great customer support!
