I’ve been going to Dr Janisse for 8 yrs and will never go anywhere else again. I’m one of those people who needed sedation just to walk into the door of a dentist. Dr Janisse was kind, gentle and worked with me to overcome my fear. I’m a senior citizen and still have my teeth and a radiant smile I’m so proud of. On dating sites, my smile is the first thing people comment on. He’s my hero and recommend him without reservation.

Great Dentist and team!! Love my hygienist and how thorough she and Dr. Janisse are on every visit. They will both take time to answer any questions as necessary both addressing concerns as well as clarifying any confusion you may have related to anything dental. I have learned quite a bit about my teeth over the years of coming here! They have the latest technology in dentistry and are very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

I've been to four different dentists over the years in Flagstaff, and Dr. Janisse's office is BY FAR the best! I've been to two visits here so far and both times they saw me right on time for my appointment and the staff was friendly, thorough, and efficient.

Nothing but impressed with this office. The receptionists are so kind and knowledgeable, the dental assistants were very reassuring and walked me through the whole process, and the dentist took time to talk to me and discuss my options. Highly recommend!

The best experience I’ve ever had. I was very nervous and it was all for nothing. I had top dentures done and didn’t feel any pain. Everyone was so accommodating and went out of their way to be sure I was comfortable. The doc even sings some. You all are the best.

Originally, I was sent here as this dentist was the backup for my regular dentist who was out of town. Well, the staff is so incredibly friendly and helpful, and the dentist so kind and personable, I'm now a forever patient. Best dental office I have been to in all my 36 years!

I had cracked my front tooth in half and after my appointment I can’t tell where my tooth ends and the bonding begins. The staff were so friendly and understanding, they answered all of my questions and calmed my anxiety without judgement. I would recommend Flagstaff Laser Dentistry to everyone I know.

I recently had a teeth cleaning. A girl Yana works there, she does her job very well. While she brushed my teeth, I almost fell asleep from pleasure. She does everything so gently that you don’t feel anything. I also had a problem with insurance and they were able to get through and figure it out. Very good place. I will definitely continue my dental treatment in this clinic. Recomend for everybody.

Zero wait, very friendly staff, felt very comfortable in the office. Dr. Janisse and the dental hygienist explained everything to me as they were doing it and it felt easy to understand and they were patient with me when I asked questions. I felt comfortable explaining my concerns to Dr. Janisse and he addressed them immediately, same day, and fixed the cause of a problem I've had for years in less than five minutes (misdiagnosed by another dentist). Undoubtedly the best dentist experience I've ever had.

My intake appointment today with Dr. Janisse was delightfully refreshing! All the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Many people have anxiety going into a dental appointment, and this was the most pleasant encounter I have had in years. His years of experience, knowledge, and calming demeanor were exactly what I was looking for. My family and I look forward to being their patient for years to come.

Been procrastinating work for nearly THREE YEARS. My anxiety was through the roof for my wisdom teeth removal after being dismissed and judged by several other dentists. But they got the IV on the first try and I was out. My boyfriend was in the waiting room listening and it appears I was not truly “out” and pulled out the Iv like I was in a drama on TV. Dr. Janisse simply let the IV do its job and waiting patiently for me to calm down. They surpassed all my expectations after visiting nearly every dentist in this town and took my fears and anxiety seriously. They were able to do half the fillings needed while I was out and even after all the work I had done, I’m not swollen or hurting nearly as bad as everyone warned. ( if they advertise something about plasma and reduced swelling LISTEN TO THEM ITS WORTH IT ). I will recommended Flagstaff laser dentistry to anyone who will listen. Very gentle and painless, attentive and kind. They improved the quality of my life as soon as I was ready to do so. Also doesn’t smell like a dentist office in the lobby! Sometimes there’s a dog!

Three dentists told me that what Dr. Janisse accomplished was impossible. He saved my two front teeth. They feel great and look great. I am so thankful. I also had a molar in the very back of my mouth that other dentists would have simply pulled. The cavity was in an extremely difficult place to reach. Dr. Janisse took the time, and he had the skill, to save this tooth.

Dr. Janisse and his staff are very kind and professional. They worked hard to make appointments that accommodate my difficult schedule. His fee was exceptionally reasonable.

My 6 year old daughter just had her very first dentist appointment and cleaning here. She was very nervous going into it but we couldn't have asked for a better first experience. I was a patient of Dr. Janisse for about 6.5 years and had positive experiences throughout that time. The hygienists were friendly and did a good job, including telling me how to take care better care of my teeth in a kind way. Dr. Janisse did the oral surgery to remove my wisdom teeth. The surgery went really well but I got a minor infection from not cleaning the area well enough. I called Dr. Janisse and he came into the office at like 8 at night to clean the area and get it sorted out. Despite the mishap (which I could have avoided) the wisdom tooth removal healed remarkably quickly an never hurt. The staff and Dr. Janisse always did a good and were very personable.

I have been Dr. Janisse's patient for several years. Dr. Janisse is great, professional, and the most well-round dentist I have ever met. His staff is really nice, friendly, and approachable. Not only do I enjoy visiting here every time, but my kids like too.

This Place is Amazing! I have had bad dentists before, and this one is far from bad. This is the best dentist office I have ever been to! Staff is amazing, feels like home in there, it's peacefull, and everyone is very knowledgeable! I would highly recommend using this office as your main dentist! Dr Janisse is to nice to be human obviously a mr America contestant if there was one! Christina has to be the coolest receptionist I have ever talked to! Andrea always greets me with a smile and helps with all dental work as needed! Finally the hygienist of the office Vickie is so gentle and has the most well executed cleanings and procedures I have ever witnessed at a dentists office. Thankyou for a great dentist experience guys you are now my main office!

Great, friendly folks. They take credit and are so nice about explaining pricing. Quick procedures. I just got my wisdom teeth out (2) in one hour total. Good music playlist, free coffee, and a nice dog. What more do you want?
