The company I work for sent me a flyer in the mail about all the discounts I am eligible for ,and at the bottom of the fryer it listed per insurance, so I called to get a quote, lord I didn't think I would be on the a half of day and still haven't got a quote through MetLife. It's ashame the way business operate. I will look else where.

This name, location and phone number in Lexington KY is a scam! Do NOT give them money! If your loved one has passed away, do NOT give them any money! They nearly tricked me after my parent had passed. I started asking them questions, then put on hold for long time, then transferred and the call was ended. Called back explained what happened and asked who I needed to speak to and he said, "good question" then hung up. I then went through the 1099 disbursement in my parent's paperwork, which has an 800 number to call (which is on the 1099 to submit to IRS). They were shocked, wanted the phone number and would begin their own investigation. I'm learning that scam companies can use voice changing software to make them sound like a male or female, in any accent/country they want. DO NOT CALL this location. Know who you're calling!

Worst company I have ever had to deal with. Coming from someone with stage 4 heart failure and supposed to be taking it easy I felt like dealing with them was more then a full time job

Tried calling for customer support SEVEN times. Each time after getting through their annoying automated service menu, it hung up on me. Tried calling the actual corporation in KY, same thing.
I will be complaining to my benefits board and KY attorney general.

I literally call regarding my claim and I am being told lies upon lies on a recorded line. I’ve even gotten callbacks who ask me if it’s okay that the line is recorded for them to lie on the line. I will be seeking legal action against MetLife due to the lack of integrity and honesty of its core values and employees. I have been shown no empathy from any of its employees or organization. I will highly not recommend this company and will be also writing to the BBB. I’ve spoken to Tammy Moore who is supposedly a case manager.(Terrible liar) Heleen Bradford who is Tammys Unit Leader (liar). Dwayne who is also a case manager under Heleen Bradford (Also a Liar). Also a host of regular CSR whose names I have documented and will use against them in my suit. Just disgusting

Called and talked to an agent, asking if there was an office in Lexington, KY. The person didn't know, put me on hold, came back, said there's an office, then wanted to provide a phone number, which funny enough, was the very same I used to call her up with; I was put on hold again, asked to be patient and to wait until further phone number could be provided; I was waiting for minutes on end, but never again this agent got back to our conversation. Guess what, yesterday, Metlife insurance lost a potential new customer.

Negative 100 rating in helping someone who has paid for elderly care since 1990s !!! Now refuse to pay benefits

There is no office here.

Their policies suit themselves and the customer is left with no recourse for appeal.
