Mary Wilson was so helpful, friendly, knowledgeable She went over and above coming to my home to take measurements to make sure my furniture choices would fit properly in my home. Suffs offers so many more selections beyond what is on the showroom floor. Quality of their merchandise is top notch. We have been to numerous furniture stores around town and hands-down, the store far exceeds in quality merchandise and customer service. We also very much appreciated being able to freely, browse the store, without feeling pressured by an associate. We are so pleased that we were referred to this furniture store, and to Mary!

Wonderful local business to get high quality furniture like Canadel at the best pricing. The sales lady was super nice and easy to work with. Mr Suff is really kind and makes sure that what you order gets loaded perfectly so your investment doesn't get damaged on the way home.

Walked into your door and saw the chair I have been looking for at a number of stores, sat down and nothing else in store compared to that chair and my needs. Right size, right color, rocker/swivel, for this old lady.

Very knowledgeable sales people and great customer service. They truly want to assist you to find what you’re looking for and will turn over every stone to help you find it. The sales staff is invested in learning the craft of furniture and can discuss design nuances that other places can’t touch. We are very happy with Suffs and all of their staff. We worked with Karen who was extremely knowledgeable.

We had an excellent experience with Suffs. Our decorator recommended we work with their decorator, Karen Meadows. It made for a great team! They made sure all of our rooms blended seamlessly. We now have a modern and classy living space. The Suffaletta’s are an amazing family. There was a problem with the assembly of our dining room table and the father and son came to our home and assembled it themselves. We were both touched am impressed by that. We highly recommend Suffs for all of your furniture and decorating needs.

Our sales lady, Karen, was so nice and helpful from my very first phone conversation with me just asking about a particular style of lazy boy recliner.
She was so prompt with checking to see if the recliner was in stock and even emailed me a pic of the color of it.
Upon our arrival she was the one to greet us. I never felt rushed or overwhelmed like in some stores were they follow u around.
So we actually bought 2 styles, the style I was inquiring about and another wonderful sitting recliner.
The warehouse manager was so kind even though it was about time to end his work day that he had his guys to pull our purchases so we could take them with us the same day.
Very respectful that we really did not want to have to make the extra trip back just for pickup
I was so glad that they had them in stock. Most stores just have furniture for you to look at and can't purchase it and take with you right then.
I would recommend Suff's to anyone wanting to find quality furniture and reasonably priced.

I ordered a custom couch that came defective from the manufacturer. I’ve had such a wonderful customer service experience with Suffs! They have been responsive and came out several times to fix the problem. Ultimately they were able to get a new couch because the initial one couldn’t be fixed. I can’t say enough wonderful things!

Karen was great ! I enjoyed the time we spent picking out my new furniture and area rugs. She got my sense of style and the color palette I had in mind instantly. A very good experience.

I worked with Samantha and Mary on a mattress warranty issue. Suff’s went to bat for me to get a credit from the manufacturer. Nice to know they stand behind what they sell. I’ve worked with Mary in the past and she has a great eye for color, design and detail. Beautiful quality furniture selling at reasonable prices from a reputable family-owned business that has stood the test of time. What more would you want from a furniture store!

We had a great experience at Suff’s. Amy went above and beyond to help us, allowing us to meander, to go back and forth between the myriad options.

We stopped in for a couch for the sunroom and sadly we didn’t find that green corduroy couch we had our hearts set on, but with the great sale and Amy’s help, we excitedly purchased two swivel chairs and a couch for the living room.

Amy was personable, knowledgeable and the service was impeccable — I’m just hoping they have a big sale or find me an amazing deal on a Stressless recliner and then I’ll give them 30 stars.

PS- we did end up finding a green couch, just not corduroy, it’s velvet.

I shop to buy. When I responded to a great sale ad, I was met by Karen. A well seasoned sale professional. She was great from the start. As I smelled of wood smoke and in work clothes for a barn. She smiled and showed me 3 items I wants at a great sale price. I love this store for the no judgement to shop. Bought 3 items from Karen. Lazy boy, andall the name brands that you desire. Just bought a mattress and frame from them. They were so kind and helpful. It’s a beautiful store with a great selection and when we wanted to see a mattress that wasn’t on the floor they went straight to the warehouse to get it for us right then. The guys who delivered and set up the bed were great too. Also my kid lost my car keys in the store and the owner himself dropped everything to look for them. Will definitely be back!
