I recently attended one of their seminars on Medicare. Retirement and Medicare can be very scary and confusing. And you certainly don't want to make a costly mistake at this time in your life. Lib and Charlene are very professional, friendly and took time to answer everyone's questions.

After I retired, Lib Wilson was great in helping me find Medicare supplemental insurance and a drug plan. Lib Wilson is my go to person for all my insurance needs. Many years ago I purchased a cancer policy, never thinking I would need it. Twelve years later, the cancer diagnosis hit hard. Lib Wilson and her team were there for me through the entire process. Encouraging and supporting me during a frightening time meant as much as the monetary award that came through the policy. I am glad I listened and bought the policy, but I am blessed to have the hometown support when necessary.

Lib helped us out with Our Medicare supplement. She researched all available plans, listened to our needs and helped us select the best possible supplement available. She is always very responsive and eager to help. I would highly recommend her and her staff for any of your insurance needs.

Excellent follow thru and knowledge of what they are selling . We spoke with at least 7 other companies including Medicare direct and Anthem before talking to Lib and they simply did not know some answers needed to know how we could convert polities and were not willing to do work to find out. Then we called Lib and after several days and hard work by Lib Wilson Insurance group we finally had information we needed to make conversion of insurance policy for wife using a combination of Wellcare, Anthem and Medicare. Dozens of infomercials on TV and internet about Medicare policies but if you call those companies and they can not figure out best policy in about 15 minutes they move on and leave you in the dust. Need someone that never stops until the job is done and that put customer first call Lib. They saved us over $10,000 per year but took a lot of hard work and knowledge to get there that only they could do or were willing to do. One good agent with 100% effort put into job is better than ten agents only willing to put in 10% effort .
Summary: Save money, professional follow thru , knowledgable and willing to do what it takes. 98% of competition fail on that last step.
That puts Lib Wilson Insurance in front of 98% of others as preferred agent.
