They are knowledgeable with their trade. They can pinpoint a problem and fix it in a timely fashion. They don't do or charge for unnecessary issues and they find the best deals on parts. If you want a trustworthy mechanic for your import vehicle, they would be the one to go to. I trust them completely with my Kia Soul!! I just had to take my car in again since my original post and I still feel the same way!!!

I had to have my Jaguar towed to this garage a few weeks ago. I was certain it was my transmission because of the "lurching" my car was doing. I met Reggie there and he was going to check my car out thoroughly. I was truly a little apprehensive because with me being a woman and "not" knowing anything about cars, I felt a little vulnerable. This garage was recommended to me by a garage in Latonia, Ky when my check engine light was stuck. A man by the name of Kyle reset the light and said if it comes back on, we need to address it. He did not charge me and I felt like this would be the best place to return my car for another "check". So, anyway... I dealt strictly with Reggie and it was not my transmission, but a relay switch. My car is running so good now. Thank you Reggie !!!!! I truly appreciate good, honest, customer service and so will everyone else!!!
