I have nothing but good things to say about this place and would absolutely recommend them anyone! I was very weary of a buy here pay here dealership, but that was really my only option. I financed my first vehicle with them a year ago and they have been a pleasure to deal with from the moment I walked onto the lot. They helped me find a great, affordable, and RELIABLE Toyota Camry. I drove to and from Tucson multiple times a month in that car, and took a couple of trips to California in it. At the beginning of December, I was in an accident and that car was a total loss. I called the finance company, Dynasty Finance and spoke with Carrie, who was extremely helpful and saved me a lot of trouble throughout the process of the insurance claim. I just purchased another car from Cars 2 Go today, and Jeremy was amazing. He got me into my new car with no troubles, no haggling, and no stress! He seems to genuinely care about his customers and their needs. By far, one of the best customer service experiences that I have ever received. I am so grateful that I found this place a year ago, and continue to do business with them!

This place is great. Single mom looking for a vehicle that's not going to break me. Went to several lots and they all wanted a large DP that i didn't have. Oscar worked with me with what i had. I was able to get into a vehicle the same day. I have had my vehicle now for over a year and have had minimal problems. Recently my check engine light came on because of a sensor and needed to get my emissions done soon. Was having a problem finding the part so i called the lot and spoke with a young man by the name of Perry. Perry was so kind and helpful and took the time to listen to what i have been through with other shops and was more than happy to look at my vehicle first thing the next morning. Great customer service and very professional. Had the most amazing experience with Perry. He is definitely a blessing in my life. Thank you Perry for all you've done for me the last few days. Your amazing. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. Keep up the great work and great customer service.

I feel as if I have been blessed! Stopped at 3 other dealers who were unable to assist me today. Walked into Cars 2 Go....and I am DRIVING out!! They were able to help me out even with my issues and Will and Jay are the BEST! I can honestly say this has been the best car buying experience EVER and I would recommend ALL my friends to come here. Fast and efficient and just overall wonderful! Friendly and I didn't feel pushed or hurried, they answered all my questions and I was out in enough time to pick my kids up in my NEW car! Do yourself a favor and make this your first stop if you are looking for a new vehicle!

Jeremy and Jim were a pleasure to work with! They got me a killer deal, better than what I told them was the the best I could do. They actually got my payment down to below the minimum I told them, and it includes a 2 year GAP! Definitely going to recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car. And I will for sure be coming back here for all my other car purchases in the future.

These guys are "All Kinds of Awesome!" They had several nice cars for us to choose from that fit our needs and wants, and fit our budget better than expected. We bought a Toyota Camry that is in beautiful and mechanically sound condition and are very pleased!

Bought a car from cars 2 go on 48th and glendale a couple months back had a couple issues mechanical wise after I bought the car so I took it to them and was immediately taken care of.
The staff there treated me just as good after buying the car as when they were trying to sell me a car which is uncommon in my experiences (it was a welcomed shock)
Perry has been most helpful in communicating with me about the issue with my car

Spoke with carl bowers he was very freindly upfront an honest individual, he helped me get into a new 2009 Malibu ltz have to say this was my best experience at a car dealership thus far they have an excellent warranty with great cars if your looking to buy a car I highly recommend this dealership .
