Staff is extremely rude any time I’ve called to ask questions about my bill or my coverage. I’ve been with State Farm for over 10 years and I have never experienced such horrible customer service as I have at this office in the past year. They’ve also raised my rate every month this year and they have a hard time explaining why. Staff is very unwilling to find information I’ve requested about my own bill/coverage and interrupts constantly when I’ve tried to ask sincere questions. I have already switched insurance agents. If you’re looking for a friendly, helpful State Farm agent’s office, I recommend you look anywhere but here.

17 year customer and the post office was returning my mail by mistake. Post office wrote a letter stating the mail was being returned by mistake but Agents office would not accept letter and reinstate my insurance. Agent office states it didn’t matter if I got my bills or notifications via mail or not. No courtesy calls or emails after never being canceled in 17 years. Very rude and disrespectful over the phone. Highly recommend not using this agents office because they do not care about their customers.
