I went to several Lowes & Home Depots, looking for a certain fastener. Before I started that same journey again, I went here, and they had exactly what I was looking for, plus the associate was extremely knowledgeable before going to the big box store go here.

I went here as a kid with my dad in the 1950s-60s. Don’t spend ad nauseam hours walking the aisles in the big box stores. Everything is here and customer support is great! Great for outdoor equipment service and repair.

Went to look at pressure washers and guy was super helpful and knowledgeable on product. Definitely happy with my purchase and he put it together for me. Will definitely go back for hardware and lawn and garden needs. Worth the visit

Great people to deal with plow shop is always there to answer any questions

This is a crazy good old school hardware store. They have so much good stuff, tools, supplies, anything you could want in a hardware store. Layout is chaotic, growth from a tiny building through many expansions, but it is like exploring through a jungle of tools and supplies. This is lawnmower repair central. After November leaf mulching is done, everybody from miles around brings their lawnmower here for annual maintenance. What a coral of lawnmowers. Somehow, they stay organized and give good service.

The place is a LOT bigger than it looks and can go toe to toe for Home Depot's supply any day.

Also, the door greeter is really cute.

Had a groovy time today visiting your store. I did not catch the name of the gentleman that helped me but he was AMAZING. In passing I told him some extra woes I was having with my new house and he solved my problems with his creativity and outside of the box thinking. If you need any help with your DIY projects this place is great and will help you to their best ability. 10/10 grooviest place I''ve ever been!

The staff is excellent. They will help you with using new equipment, like weed Wackers, and chain saws, etc. I am a single older woman, and they were awesome!!!

The folks at Crescent Springs Hardware have always been great for people like me who work on their own equipment but they overachieved recently. Following a pole barn fire in which I lost everything they assisted with replacing equipment and expedited acquiring a replacement for my ExMark mower. One of the owners even delivered it personally when they saw their delivery schedule was booked for the week. That is great customer service!

I called Crescent Springs Hardware about a lawn mower. Justin answered the phone and talked to me about the lawn mowers and quoted me what he believed was the price. After we hung up, he called me back to actually say it was $50 cheaper. That type of service is rare. But it got even better. When I got there he walked me through all the mowers such that I felt very comfortable with what I was getting. After I purchased it, he registered it, put it together, put gas and oil in it, and walked me through how it worked. Then he helped me load it in the car. This type of service is rare these days, but not at Crescent Springs Hardware. No one in Northern Kentucky should go anywhere else. While we go there regularly, Justin made us lifelong customers.

Very helpful while looking for a deck belt for my riding mower. They did not have any on hand, I found out later that it is a very popular belt size. They had it on order and held one back for me when I was able to return to pick it up. Great customer service!! Thank you.
