Jacob’s Ladder Roofing and Restoration

My experience with Jacob's Ladder could not have been any better. Simply put, they were outstanding! They were prompt in assessing damages and going "above and beyond" working with my insurance carrier to achieve a successful resolution. Andrea, Hugh, Melissa, Lisa, and Kaine are all commended individually and collectively for work on our roof and for a job well done. I had some wind damage from the storms back in July. I contacted one company who was highly rated. Waited 2 weeks for them to show up only to get canceled and never rescheduled. I contacted Jacob's Ladder the same day and they had someone out in less than a week. They along with State Farm helped me though this whole process and made it extremely easy. Everyone from the people over the phone to the people who did the work were professional and fantastic. Everything was easy and fairly quick all things considered.

My experience with Jacob's Ladder, from the initial contact to the roof inspection to the installation, was been superb. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and did it when they said they would.
Two of my neighbors were so impressed with how the company respected my property during the installation, how thorough the clean up was and how great the roof looks they asked for the company's details. Everything about this company was “Class A”. The inspector was friendly and explained the damage. She worked my insurance company and scheduled installation. The workers were on time and finished in one day (condo). Their cleanup at completion was thorough!

Jacob’s Ladder was highly recommended to me and I now understand why. They always treated me with professional kindness and courtesy, whether it was answering my numerous questions (sometimes more than once), carefully helping me through the process of selecting the materials and payment options without telling me what to do/choose, or on-site coordination the day of the job. I knew what they were doing, when, and why. They were never pushy, never impatient. And they cleaned up after themselves following the adage, “leave things better than you found them.”

Wow! I felt like I was their only customer. I knew that wasn't true because nearly half of our neighborhood received new roofs from this company! It all started with a front porch visit about my storm damage. This quickly turned into a text message and several emails highlighting the quality and commitment to excellence from their company. Each time they were scheduled to arrive at my house, they woudl send a text with their location and ETA. Adam, Brittany, Hugh, and Kaine were awesome to work with and I need to mention Melinda...she gave me updates throughout the whole project. They were extremely professional and a joy to work with. I have NO complaints...only compliments!

I highly recommend this company. Very professional and quick to respond to any questions I had. Also price was great! They finished 2 roofs in 1 day and I like that they put down tarps to catch the debris.

From start to finish, every contact with this company was extremely professional and pleasant. They were replacing a roof next door to us and I inquired about doing some repairs. After inspecting our roof, they recommended filing an insurance claim for a full replacement. The owner of the company worked closely with us and went above and beyond when our claim was initially denied. The work crew was prompt, courteous and efficient. The end result was a beautiful new roof. They even filed our warranty paperwork with Owens Corning. It was a pleasure doing business with Jacob's Ladder.
