Mike at Tender Heart was kind and compassionate beyond words during an extremely difficult time. He was prompt in returning my call, and accommodated me for same day services. He did a beautiful job engraving personalized urns while I waited. I simply cannot express how grateful and thankful I am to have found Tender Heart Pet Memorials.I would recommend them without reservation to anyone who has recently lost a pet and is choosing cremation services.

Tender Heart Pet Memorial is a very dedicated and compassionate business. The owners Mary and Mike are super to work with in your time of need and distress. They handle all of the details and logistics to make this very sad and heartbreaking task tolerable. Since March 2019 to July 8 2019 we have lost two of our beloved family members, Princess Gracie and Kentucky Boy Bryce. Both times Mike was right here ready to help our dogs complete their journey and within 24 hours we had received them both back into our home. Thank you so much for your genuine concern and the dignity that you give to our beloved pets. Mike and Nancy Hawk

The saddest day in any pet owners life is when they have to say goodbye to their precious family member. When our little Ozzy passed away due to a medical misdiagnosis, Tender Heart went above and beyond to help ease the pain of losing him. They had a dedicated room, not unlike a smaller version of the room where a human funeral would be held. There were candles and beautiful poems all around, and we were free to exchange words, tell stories about his life…When it came time to say farewell to our sweet fur-baby; they gave as much time as we needed.

Ozzy was still “resting” in the blanket he passed away in, which the director said could be cremated with him. In life he always wore a little t-shirt, it was comforting to him and that’s really how everyone recognized our baby; and so when the moment came to lay him to rest they also allowed us to leave his shirt on him; so he could go to the Rainbow Bridge in his favorite shirt. We could tell that he was in great hands there, that he would be handled with the utmost respect; it helped take the edge off of our grief knowing that he was in good hands.

A day or so later, we received the call saying that Ozzy was ready for us to pick up. The directors wife met us, and showed us the little boxes that we had picked out; the boxes that held the only thing we had left of the sweetest little Yorkie. She was every bit as kind and considerate as her husband was when we dropped our fur-baby off to him; he and she both held genuine emotion behind every word. To this day those little boxes rest on the mantle, with Ozzy’s favorite toy and his collar.

The couple here were more caring and compassionate than the vet that Ozzy went to most of his life, it didn’t feel like “cremating a pet” but rather what it was; a funeral for a family member.
I have been to many human funerals, and this establishment had the same atmosphere, they were very warm and welcoming which was the biggest comfort we could have asked for in a time like this.
We have given their cards out to other pet owners, telling them to put it away somewhere safe for when the saddest day comes; because we wouldn’t trust a fur-baby with anyone else.
God bless these sweet people 🙏🏻💙

I can not express enough how compassionate Mike was during this horrible time. We felt safe and at ease leaving our sweet little TatorBug with him and we had him back the very next day. We were a crying mess and he was kind, patient, and knew just how to handle the situation. I would recommend Tender Heart Pet Memorial for your fur baby’s end of life needs.

Mike and his wife were so accommodating when our 14 year-old terrier, Tucker, passed away unexpectedly on Christmas Eve. We were travelling home for the holidays and were in a bit of a time crunch, but Mike was able to perform the cremation services in less than a day (he even took time away from his family to meet us at the office on Christmas Day so we could drop off our dog!) We were so grateful for the quick turnaround time because we wanted to able to take our Tucker home with us as soon as possible. Our 10 year old pug passed away 2 years ago and the cremation services were nothing like those provided by Tender Heart (one week vs. one day!!) Very highly recommended!

Two weeks ago our family had to say goodbye to our sweet girl Bella Rose. Our husky was so beautiful and full of life. She would have been 10 in October and was such a huge part of our family. It was all so very sudden and unexpected. Our veterinarian recommended Mike at Tender Hearts Pet Memorial to help us after Bella had passed. Mike came to the vet office and talked us through our decision to have Bella cremated. He handled everything from picking her up for us and then her cremation. He knew how upset our family was so we had our Bella back with us by the end of the day. We can’t Thank him enough for his kindness and compassion! It will never be forgotten!

Mike was so very kind, compassionate, and understanding during the loss of our family pet. He understands the emotional support needed during this difficult time, as he is a pet lover himself. I would recommend Tender Heart to anybody who is looking to have their pet cremated. I feel as though I have met a kindred spirit who really cares about the work he does and the people he serves.

Kind, caring, compassionate, and very professional. We have used their services twice and have been very pleased. Mike and Mary will not rush you through the process. They genuinely care about you and your loss. Prices for their services are very reasonable. Our loved ones very returned to use within a few short hours and never left the care of Mike or Mary. I highly recommend Tender Heart

Wonderfully, kind-hearted owners who were sympathetic and caring in my time of hardship and pain. Thank you for making my little one's final arrangements the least of my worries during my time of grief. I recommend Tender Heart Pet Memorial - especially since they were able to come to my home when the time came so that I did not have to make the trip to the facility in my fragile state. The services were performed promptly and we were kept informed. Thank you. <3

This was a very difficult time for our family and Mike was wonderful. We put our dog to sleep at home and Mike came to pick her up. He was so supportive and understanding. They returned her home quickly and genuinely cared for our family! Thank you.

We had to put down our sweet Abby yesterday and called Tender Hearts before we went to the vet. They gave a personal number and had us call as soon as we were done to meet us there for drop off. They were so kind and caring. I am so glad we went with somewhere local. I would recommend them to anyone. They helped us through a really tough time.

They have done two of my beloved pets and I am very happy. A personal touch. The ability to be able to talk and share stories and get to know them and have them know you and your pet. The upmost respect for you and your loss. I would happily recommend to everyone that has lost a pet. You know that they are taking care of your family member with respect and dignity. Many thanks to you for what you do.

I have used Tendet Heart Pet Memorial 4 different occasions. Each time the service was outstanding and the owners were very compassionate people. Which that always helps during these times. Their prices are very affordable and they give personal attention to each family. I will continue to use them as time goes on. I still have several pets. Uyou will always get your pets ashes and not someone elses. They do each animal by themselves. I love this because I know I am getting my baby back and not sharing ashes like some places do. Give them a try and you will continue to use them. Cant say enough good about this company and their services.

The owners, Mike and Mary, are always compassionate in our time of profound grief. We’ve required their services four times in the past nine years (last week being the most recent). Each time they’ve not only provided us with professional cremation service but also empathy. Their service is most certainly rendered with a “Tender Heart”.

We were very pleased with our service from them. Mike and Mary met us on a Sunday morning, showed concern for us and our other pet. Listened to what what we would like and came through as promised. Thier pricing for services was reasonable but their compassion is what we were so pleased with. Would highly recommend them

This is truly a pet memorial service. I live over an hour from their location and they agreed to meet both for pick up and drop off of my beloved Stella! Oh, and did I mention it was after 4 pm on a Friday. Can't say enough good things about them. If you're debating using these folks, debate no more!
