Jessamine Family Dentistry

First visit was today. They was very polite and my dentist, was amazing. Full of energy and fun. When it comes to the dentist, I’m like a lot of people, nervous. He made me feel very comfortable. Beautiful place as well.

Today I had an appointment with Jessica (the dental hygienist) in the new office. To say I’m impressed is an understatement! The new office has all the latest and greatest modern technology. Jessica went above and beyond during my cleaning by starting with a bacteria sample around my gums and finished the appointment with an oral cancer screening gadget. She even answered all my questions and made me feel right at home like she’s known me for years. I’m happy to say I’ll be a patient for life!

This team is simply fantastic! From my first contact with the office receptionist through my actual appointment with the dentist Dr Del Cruz every one I came in contact with was extremely friendly professional, knowledgeable and informative. Fantastic music played in the office.

I am very pleased with the service that I receive every time I come to Jessamine Denistry. The staff are friendly and make you feel at ease. Jessica did my cleaning today and she was super. She would not give up on a troubling spot until it was clean to her standards, this was very much appreciated. Thanks for being a great provider.

With my unexpected visit today, everything and everyone was the best as usual! No waiting, pleasant smiles, and happy conversations. Once again, I was treated with the best of care and only my best interest considered. All the Dr’s at Jessamine Family Dentistry that I have met, are the most caring and honest Dr’s I have ever known. I feel blessed to have them so close without the drive to Lexington with all the heavy traffic. Their new location has the latest equipment available, and the facility throughout is beautiful. My husband and I will never go anywhere else.

This is the only dentist that is so gentle and caring. He kept asking if I was ok or if I needed to take a few seconds to catch my breath. He genuinely cares and his staff... WOW how amazing they are also. I've told everyone I know that if the dentist freaks you out as much as it used to me, go there and I promise you'll never be freaked out again.

Legitimately have never been treated so nicely by a company of any kind. Everyone is super nice, they don’t judge you on anything and make sure you feel comfortable. I had a tooth pulled today and we were legit laughing while I was being nunbed. 10/10 would recommend to any and everyone. Also Michelle has to be the best phone representative theres ever been, just had to make sure she gets her credit too!

I arrived at my appointment about 15 mins early but still was called after no more than five mins. After this nothing but lovely positive experience, if you ever need dental care I highly suggest going to this team. You will not be disappointed.

Just had my follow-up visit. The team and Dr Del Cruz were as friendly, caring and professional today as they were on my first visit.

This was my first visit. I was amazed at the high tech equipment they used to provide me a comprehensive dental exam and cleaning. All the staff, from receptionist to the dentist were friendly and knew what they were doing. I am glad to make them my new dentist service. I am switching from one in Lexington I used for about 20 years.

Very clean, organized, & nice dental office! Everyone is super friendly & helpful. I always enjoy getting my teeth cleaned because they go above & beyond each time. Highly recommend!

I came in without an appointment because my cap came off. The office took me in and put my cap back on. As usual I was impressed with their fast, friendly and professional and efficient work . Ever since I became a patient they have really taken great care of me.

Everyone is so friendly. Doctors are excellent! So much better than the last Dentist I used. They took great care of my son when he got his wisdom teeth out and did a great job on my implants!

Extraordinary place.drs are extremely nice.they set down with me explained everything in detail fashion.gave several different options.all up to date equipment to work with.. never been in a dentist office as nice as jessamine family dentistry...... everything was well done.. Dr was very nice and the assistant were very helpful and nice extremely nice equipment.. I would rate the dentist office a One hundred percent.

We're always greeted by the receptionist who remembers everyone's name when they walk through the door. Everyone is so friendly and positive. Going to the Dentist has never been so enjoyable before.

This dentist office is great they always strive to accomodate your needs ,to get you in to be seen as soon as possible. The dentists and assistant have always been very nice. They take the time to answer any questions and give complete explanations when needed. I would recommend jessamibe family denyistry to everyone. Their pricesvare no higherbthan any other offices i have called or dwakt with and they acceot mosrbinsurance, and work with you to file your claims and get you covered any time they can.
