Starting our new bedroom to bathroom conversion, I had no idea where to begin. We went to our local Lowes, and looked at vanities, fixtures etc. Everything looked nice, but the vanity options in the catalog were almost the cost of our entire budget. I remembered a friend of mine told me about Signature Hardware, so we decided to take a look. We found everything we were looking for well under the cost of what we were looking to spend. I am not a fan of ordering things online because I like to see the product first, but I took the risk and ordered. I called to order, spoke with Kim, who was wonderful. She was very clear, checked the stock of all items, and explained everything to me. I received email updates on my order almost daily.
I ordered on a Friday and all the items were delivered the following Wednesday. All products were amazing. Solid wood vanity, quality granite top, great quality faucets and sinks.
I am beyond pleased with Signature Hardware. I highly recommend taking a look at their products, its well worth it.

I have had outstanding customer service from Signature Hardware and consider them the best company I have done business with via the internet and phone. Their products are also outstanding. I would rate them superb and believe they set an industry standard. I have bought complete two shower systems, a bath tub system and four bath vanity faucets with pop up drains and many towel hooks and towel bars. I have placed a number of orders and have returned a number of items simply because I had either accidentally over ordered for my home improvement projects or decided to use something else. The return process has been simple, fast, easy and accurate every time. I like my online account management too which allows me to see past orders and track shipping. Standard ground shipping is free and often results in products arriving in less than 24 hours. Return shipping was also free. I really like that I can order a matching collection from faucets to towel hooks and they have a good selection of finishes. The products work extremely well and are an exceptional value. I have used similar quality products that easily ran five times higher in price. So glad I found Signature Hardware!! Highly Recommend!! AAA+++

The service is awesome. The various reps with whom I spoke were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. For the product that I received thus far, they are very nice indeed. I will most definitely be purchasing from them again.
UPDATE: it has been almost six years and the products (solid wood vanity and medicine cabinets, granite counter, copper and nickel sinks and faucets, cast iron tub) that I purchased have held up beautifully! I recently purchased a beautiful pedestal sink for my half bath and the service and quality have not changed.

I worked with Betsy in the show room picking out picking out different items she was very attentive and easy to work better than several other places I stop by before. Even after the sale I had a few questions and betsy was right on it to answer them. When the shipment arrived I had several questions. I called in ans was amazed by the help from Elliot.

I needed a replacement faucet for my cast iron tub. I found Signature Hardware online and read all the good reviews. Also, I found an identical replacement for my tub. I wanted to keep it looking authentic.
I had a question about the length of supply lines that I was also ordering and was pleased that the customer service rep said she would find out and call me back. She called back in a short time and I sent in my order.
I also was impressed that it literally arrived a day sooner than I expected. Was able to have it installed and ready for company that was arriving the next day.

I purchased a rear-outlet toilet from them for my garage conversion. The toilet is unique and by far the best price I could find. It was shipped and arrived quickly. Despite being packaged well, my plumber did find a crack in the back of the bowl. I emailed customer service immediately and within minutes they had a replacement bowl on its way. SO incredibly pleased with their products and service!

I ordered 3 bathroom sinks online and am very pleased with the 2 that arrived. The 3rd was out of stock, but I received a phone call and an e-mail the very day I placed the order letting me know and giving me a couple options. The customer service representative was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Overall, a very good experience. The sinks arrived in excellent condition, are nicer than I expected and the prices were very reasonable. I will most certainly order from them again.

Great product I received (pedestal sink) very good quality. Shipping boxes and padding used were very protective of my product. Low prices compared to big box stores. Customer Service over the phone very helpful. Received my product in just a couple days and free shipping! Plus a discount on a faucet purchase. How much better can it get? Will definitely be buying from them again.

I purchased a pedestal tissue paper stand on signature hardware because they had a couple of choices which were more ornate than what I was seeing on other similar sites. The shipment arrived quickly and the quality was good. I'm happy with my order overall.

The reason I gave 2 for service is because I wish that A) they offered online coupon discounts like so many of their competitors, and B) they would offer a free shipping option on smaller items. (I realize they do offer free shipping if you spend over $50 I think.) Also, making a purchase added me to an email newsletter which I then had to unsubscribe from. I'm not sure that I agree that making a purchase should automatically subscribe me for something I didn't ask for and then had to opt-out of.

Overall, I would say it was a good experience and I would buy from them again.
