Hager & Cundiff Funeral Home

I cannot imagine another funeral home more patient, generous, and caring than Hager and Cundiff. My mother very recently passed. They did a wonderful job working with our family and performing our desired arrangements. They worked as if this was their own family member. We cannot thank Diann and Melanie enough for all of their support.

Diann and her staff took great care of my mom nearly two years ago and again this year (2020) when my dad past. She walked us through every step and showed my family great kindness and understanding. She and Melanie really went above and beyond to make the loss of my parents just a little easier. Thank you Hager and Cundiff for all you've done for us.

Diann and her staff were wonderful. Diann helped me with prearranging his funeral when he entered a nursing home. It was so much easier to take care of those details ahead of time. When he passed suddenly less than a week later it made the process so much easier as the decisions had already been made. Diann was caring and compassionate. I highly recommend Hager & Cundiff.

I could not have asked for anything better. As a family we always went to a certain funeral home as long as I can remember. Then Covid came and we were facing challenges with my moms finally request. Thats when we went to Hager and Cundiff. I am so glad we did. The WHOLE staff were amazing! They treated us like family and was so sincere in everything! I felt like they knew us forever. They took care of everything. I am ever so grateful for them and have chosen to have them do my final arrangements when my time comes. They are truly a God sent to family members who are in grief-stricken situations. Thank you all so much for all you did for my mom Wanda Masters what an amazing experience you gave to us.

My mother passed away unexpectedly in January 2015. I am just going to say the circumstances and dealing with her husband were very tense. Diane Cundiff is very professional, but do not mistake that with not caring. She knew the circumstances and showed me the utmost kindness. Since my mother's death, her funeral home has been contacted by people who needed to get into contact with me. She never gave out my number but called me personally and gave me the information to call them back. What other place would take their personal time to do something like that and protect my privacy?

They were great with my mom when she passed treated our family like there family my mother look great thank you all for everything

I just want to thank you and Melanie for the love and thoughtfulness you gave us during this difficult time of loss if our dear Aunt Pobba. You made decisions we needed to make easier. Everything was special just like she was.

Made the process as simple as possible. Losing a loved one is never easy, they were patient and understanding during the process. A class act.

If only there was an option for zero stars. Do not deal with this funeral home. I would expect a business dealing with grieving families regularly to be more understanding and helpful. Rude, disrespectful, impatient, and ridiculous are all words I would use to describe Hager & Cundiff. There are MUCH better options in town.
