Kris Vanover and his team did such an amazing job. The service was absolutely perfect and my father looked so good. They took excellent care of him and put together a beautiful slide show. I highly recommend them! Thank you Betts and West. I can’t help but smile and be happy with how well it turned out. I keep saying to my family how happy I am with the results.

Paid more than $10,000 because my uncle wanted to use this place for my mother because reasons of past family. Paid for the book marks, never got them!! Didn't even get her picture on the little poem that everyone gets at the wake. Money well wasted with these people, that's not all they got wrong but what can you do when they're paid and your loved one is gone? We clearly stated what we wanted at their little sit down.
