Pediatrics of Florence is the best place to bring your children to. The staff is friendly and respectful. Dr Jessica Beaumann is a wonderful doctor and human being. So far I have never been disappointed. Also the place is always clean and spotless.

They are a wonderful group of doctors (pediatricians) and nurses, you will not find better care for your child/children. There isn't one bad person in this group and they definitely care about your child and child's health. They listen and do their best for you and your child. I can't tell you how much I appreciate the care they have given my child the last 10yrs. I couldn't have asked for a better team for my kiddo.

I love this practice. After reading several reviews complaining about the front end staff I found it necessary to state a difference of opinion. I have never experienced any negative attitude by anyone at the front desk. On the contrary I have always been met with a good attitude and a smile. The staff and MAs are full of empathy for what my children are going through when they are sick. Also I have never had an situation where if I can't pay my bill completely I've been asked to leave the practice. Just set up a payment plan and pay consistently and we're good.
As far as the reviews on the interrupted vaccine schedule I too was a parent who was scared from all the media coverage of vaccines possibly being the cause of mental disabilities. I transferred to Pediatric Associates because Dr Rob was willing to help me through my anxieties and educate me on proper vaccine schedules. We did develop an interrupted vaccine schedule for my second child. He was incredibly patient with me and my ability to then realize the importance of vaccinations. Thankfully I wised up and my kids are fully vaccinated and healthy.

Upon arrival, the office is clean and well organized. The staff is friendly, and helpful. Having the fun themed waiting room and exam rooms are a nice touch and it makes it more inviting for our kids. We've always been happy with any doctor or nurse practitioner we've seen, and they usually go above and beyond just "being the doctor"... In that they show they really do CARE. They listen, and are always friendly. We appreciate our children's care givers!

My family moved to the area with our 8 year who had been with the same pediatrician since birth. I was so worried about finding anew pediatrician that would be an wonderful as our previous one, but we could not be happier with our choice. We love Dr. Macke and the whole office crew is amazing. We appreciate each one of you for taking such good care of my daughter and checking on her when she is sick. I highly recommend this practice to everyone.

We have been coming to Pediatrics of Florence for over 2 years now. My son is 25 months, & my daughter is 9 months. Every doctor here is very nice & professional. My personal favorite is Jessie, one of the nurse practitioners. She is absolutely amazing! Jessie is wonderful with the kids, doesn't rush, and really listens to your concerns. The entire staff are friendly and accommodating, the office is clean & festive, & you never have to wait long to be seen. A doctor is always on call for emergencies or just assurance & there's never a problem getting in to be seen for a visit. I have referred several others to this practice. They are the best!

I love this office and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Dr Rob see’s my 2 children and we love him, he’s up front and honest with us. If we have other health issues, he refers us to childrens hospital. If the kids are sick they get us right in to be seen. Keep up the good work Pediactric’s of Florence.

All of my kids have gone here and they have been nothing but AMAZING! Jessica Baumann is nothing short of amazing! She take time to answer all my questions and listens to my concerns. She has help my family so very much over the last 8 months! My older kids usually see Ann Macke and of course she is amazing as well! She has never let me down when my kids have been sick or we have questions! All round this is the best Dr's office for kids!

Both of my children ages 6 and 3 months go here.. Dr. Shawn is the best! He remembers us when we go and see him all the staff are very friendly and helpful! When I was younger I went to this practice as well.. Every doctor there is very knowledgeable and want to make sure that when my kids walk out they are 100% clean bill of health! They also send reminders for eye exams, dental exams as well! I'm neve there more than an hour! ABSOLUTELY love this practice and would recommend it to anyone! Every parent should get their kids vaccinations unless they have some kind of allergy.

Fantastic practice, Dr Rob and his team are outstanding. We have trusted them with the care of our 3 children and have recommended to many others. You never feel rushed and have always been able to be seen timely for sick or well visits. We will never go anywhere else!

I picked this place on a whim late in my pregnancy and i couldnt be happier. They were very kind and informative when i was visited after giving birth and it made me feel very comfortable to continue to take my daughter to them every visit has been great so far amd they have helped me through a lot. Dr. Tagher is very honest and informative, and Dr Winn is my absolute favorite, she treats my daughter like shes one of her own. Staff is very happy and kind and the office is always clean. I love it so much here i recommended it to a friend and she loves it too!

Wonderful office. I never had a bad experience here. I loved that it was a small (One Location) practice. I loved seeing the same faces every time I went. The medical team was always attentive, helpful and kind. They were big advocates of breast feeding and even had a specialist that would work with you at your newborn's well-checks! Thank you, Pediatrics of Florence for taking such good care of my babies!

We love this office. All the providers and nurse practitioners are amazing. I feel you have plenty of providers to choose from to find the best one that fits your family’s personal needs. I’ve always been able to get my kids in for a same day sick visit with no problem.

Very impressed with the care my children have received here. Very thorough, friendly front office staff, quick appointment times and just overall a great practice for you children. I would definitely recommend.

We chose Pediatrics of Florence almost 15 years ago when I had my first child based upon her father's 20 years of excellent care from Dr. Paul. 3 children later, I couldn't be happier with the quality of car my children receive. I especially appreciate the personalized attention and advice given to me as a nervous parent with a newborn. I would recommend this office to any parent.

Dr Shawn is my son's favorite=) He is great with him and my daughter. Highly recommend :-) ****EDIT** DR. Shawn has moved to a medical teaching job. We've been seeing Dr's Jesse or Charlotte now, and my kids LOVE them.

The entire team at Pediatrics of Florence is superb! Dr. Rob leads the team, and he is an incredibly smart, caring physician. They also have a number of skilled Nurse Practitioners. I bring all 4 of my children to this practice and we couldn’t be happier.

I absolutely love all of the doctors and nurse practitioners at this office. We have been with them for 10 years and all 4 children. I highly recommend them to everyone and everyone I have recommended has thanks me profusely because they are extremely happy with their decision.

Dr. Rob is the best. My kids love him and he will always give you an accurate diagnosis and is great with kids of all ages. The office is always super clean and organized. You won't spend half your day in the office waiting on the doctors either.

Great staff. Very knowledgable and caring doctors. I wish I could find a doctor for myself as good as the ones in this office. Facility is always clean. Wait times are very short. I would never trust my kids to anyone else.
