AT Insurance agent, Victoria Herzner, was most helpful in switching our car insurance policy from Liberty Mutual back to Nationwide. And in the process she was able to lower our monthly premium cost plus finding us a most needed refund in our Homeowners policy. Been with Mr. John Saalfeld for nearly 16 years I think. Every time I get a quote from some other insurance company, John has always offered better coverage for less money. Root app was cheaper but with Nationwide, the actually respond and take care of you. I know a few people that have Root insurance and they hate it. Apparently the claims department doesn't exist with Root. John and Nationwide are hands down the Best insurance option in Northern KY!
