Dental Implants General and Sedation Dentistry of NKY and Cincinnati

I had been looking around for a while for a good dentist office since I needed a extraction done on a infected tooth. My face was super swollen and I had been in pain. I wanted a female dentist since the ones I had seen before were kind of rough and rude didn’t explain what I needed to know.
All the people at this office were very sweet and gentle i will come here for now on for any work I need done! They make you feel very comfortable. No complaints at all, they took my x-rays, explained pricing ,which is fair pricing for good work, numbed me correctly and got my tooth out with no problems or pain! All with in like 1-2 hours. Still back home recovering and still haven’t experienced any pain at all yet! Great experience overall

I had an emergency dentistry need, the staff were able to get me in on record time. This was a holiday weekend where every dentist office was closed. Upon arrival the staff were very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend the Crescent Springs location for your dentistry needs. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Thank you so much!

I was terrified to go to any dentist. I was afraid of being judged and quite honestly, I afraid of the pain. I had the best experience from the moment I walked in the door. The staff is fantastic and Delanie was off the charts. She was professional and so kind. She reassured me throughout my whole visit. She let me know everything she was doing and why. She was honest yet gentle with her words. I highly recommend.

Everyone was professional and very helpful. Price was upfront before any work was done. Lisa the office manager runs an A+ operation. I'll definitely be back for any dentistry needs!

Just recently had a visit for evaluation for extractions. From the very first person (Linda)to the X-ray tech, to the dentist (Pang) they were absolutely wonderful!! Super professional, kind and caring.
This is my second visit in two years and I'm returning to get multiple extractions, I'm super confident they will take great care of me as they did before!

I was treated very well at my August 22 and 23 visits. The office staff, dental assistant and oral surgeon were all great. There was no high pressure to do another implant, ( I already have 8!) And they were able to show me what i might need to have done in the future, so that i could start making plans. But i was not pressured at all. I have been a patient for years, so i know Dr Jay well. It is sad that he can't practice right now, but he has great staff working for him! Praying for you every day Dr Jay, that you can return to the job you do so well and the great care that you have always given!

Had a dental emergency on a Saturday. The entire staff was great and they performed great work. I'm very appreciative and recommend them.

I am so glad that I found Kimberly Owen, DMD. She did a amazing job as well as her assistant Ann together they were both a true blessing to my teeth. Very kind and gentle as well as patient and got my work done fast without any pain. Great and awesome 🤩 customer service and would definitely refer anyone else to Dental and Implant Sedation Center. 😊😊😊I’m happy and so is my mouth . Also my visit before actually getting work done from Dr. Kimberly was well explained and informed and given lots of routes to take for my teeth as well as knowledge and education for myself . I am very pregnant and set to be induced next wk. last night I chipped a front tooth. I called my own dentist office hoping they would share my urgency in the matter but they did not. I called around to so many places. Dental Implants Surgical Center actually called me back and was able to see me same day. Not knowing what to expect and being nervous about the whole situation anyways I could only think of the worst scenarios. Much to my delight the office staff was very welcoming and professional. I feel like I was taken care of efficiently. I was advised each step during the appointment. And I happy to say I won’t be delivering my baby looking like Lloyd Christmas from Dumb and Dumber 😅 I would most definitely recommend this office. I truly appreciate what they do.

Lisa and the other staff were absolutely incredible! I had not been to the dentist in YEARS and they made sure I did not feel ashamed and I'm actually looking forward to my next visit. I spoke with Lisa again this morning just to thank her for her kindness and support while working through the payment plan. She truly was a blessing.

My 1 year old grandson accidentally chipped my front tooth. I went to the Dental Implant Center the next morning without an appointment and they got me in within a few minutes. Veronica did a wonderful job filling my front tooth. Everyone in the office was friendly and very informative of everything they were going to do. Highly recommended.

Have a regular Dentist for 15 yrs who could not get me in for a filling that fell out and referred me here. Dr. Owens was wonderful and got me in that same day and replaced my filling..no more aching tooth. She was professional and very good. She was excellent as was the assistant. First of all, the staff is amazing. Everybody is always smiling. Monica and Delani are incredible. I've been dealing with them for almost 2 years and they, alone, make it worth coming back. The work is top notch as well. Great communication, great technology, great everything so far. And bonus, if you ask Monica about her Jeep she'll send you a free T-shirt!!

My husband has been a patient of several dental offices throughout the years, but he has ended his search. Dental Implant Sedation and General Dentristy was able to take care of all of his needs with care and compassion. He's had great results and because of that, we both highly recommend using them for all your dental needs. They are very good with scheduling also.

I have received great caring treatment from the doctor and staff. Everyone is very knowledgeable about this field of health care. I have been treated fair on the billing side as well. I don't see any reason to even think of going anywhere else. I know anyone else I've seen there gets the same treatment.

They got us in for a dental issue really quickly. Lisa was great with keeping me informed with what was going on with my kids while they were back in the exam room. My whole family of 5 comes here! They are the best!

I had a major dental issue that quickly became infected one day before the holidays and I needed help fast. Not only did they fit me in right away, but from beginning to end, I was treated wonderfully. I have severe anxiety about dental work and the entire staff treated me with kindness and understanding and was only concerned with helping me. Not only did they immediately start treatment to get the infection under control, but also got me scheduled in very soon for the repair work which I also feel is being done at a very fair price. I will definitely continue to come here.

I'm not a fan of the dentist by any means, but I have to say the whole of the crew here is extremely friendly, understanding, and a pleasure to work with. They really made me feel at ease, and as we all know most dental insurance policies are a joke, they are willing to work with you on pricing and payments. They even make room for emergencies like I had. They are wonderful!
