I haven’t even purchased any tires yet. But Sean and the other staff was respectful nice to me. They explained everything to me about my brakes and rotors to the best of their abilities. I would gratefully referral, friends and family to this location. Store was clean greeting me as I came into door all out. I was satisfied with the entire staff. I’ll see them soon to have tires installed thanks again.

They got me in quickly and explained exactly what needed to be done. I even got a discount for which I didn’t know I was eligible! Very courteous. Absolutely would recommend to others.

Everyone is always very friendly and able to get my car in quickly. They contact me to go over, in detail, what needs to be done and the cost. Able to complete the work and get it back to me the same day. My elderly father wanted to know why it cost so much. The gentleman went back and got the car part that they replaced and showed us where the oil was leaking from. Seemed to suffice my old pop and we were on our way.

I went in for one of their oil change specials (I normally change my own, but the weather has not been conducive).

I knew that I the tire I had gotten from a parts yard needed to be replaced. When Rob suggested replacing it, I told him that I had been saving to replace both front tires, he said that I needed only one and that (based on the condition and tread depth of the second front tire), he would recommend replacing only the one. Usually, shops want to upsell you. I was astonished that this one actually recommend paying less.

So thankful for this place. Our tires were out of alinement on a long trip and they fit us in and did a great job.

Another great visit to Car-X. Rob and Sean were terrific. They kept me informed.

The Erlanger location has been my choice for many years and many car repairs.

Rob is truly knowledgeable and recommended a great set of tires for our WRX. Subaru wanted over $1500 and we walked out of CAR-X paying just under $800 for a set of tires that are perfect for the car, and make the ride so much more smooth, if you can imagine that in a sports car. We will continue to bring our vehicles here and trust they'll be handled with care.

Top notch customer service and repair shop . Dealt with Robert who is fantastic ,honest, and trustworthy.. I had a lot of work done and he explained everything and they were able to do it and get me back in my car same day. Very grateful for that!

The manager Robert is absolutely the best. He always goes above and beyond for all customers, not just me. I won't take my car anywhere else--because of Robert!!

I will add more comments to this because of my visit this past Saturday, 11/18. My comments about Robert are the same and even better. I have never seen ANYONE work as hard as I saw Robert work while I was waiting on a very small repair as mine that morning. Brian was the tech who worked on my car--and he worked as hard as Robert on my little tiny repair. He wanted to make sure my car was OK and safe to take a little Thanksgiving trip an hour away. I am telling whoever reads this post--they are the very best!! I tell EVERYONE that I take my car to one place: Car X in Erlanger! NO ONE else will EVER get my business!!

Had a flat and found the tire to match my set here. Wasn't in stock but had it there the next day, got in and out quick - service was awesome and people are great. Thanks to Sean and the crew for taking care of my issue!

It was a great place to just get your work done or trustworthy but if you want a inspection you have to request it specially if you're getting your oil changed I think we do real good on business it is one of the best places very honest and respectful

These guys were great. I was on my way to Dayton and had a flat and they had me bring it in and I was back on the road within 30 minutes.

I really appreciate the staff at the carx on Dixie highway. Robert and Nate were AWESOME! I had an issue with the tire sensor and they did everything to help me out! I also get my oil change there and great service! Thanks to all that work there and make us safe.

The guys working up at the front are very friendly and will work with you to get your vehicle fixed as smoothly and as fast as possible. Robert is just a delight! They are all very knowledgeable. They've worked on both my vehicles a few times now. Couldn't be happier with their work. I am so thankful!

Brian W. and staff were courteous and efficient. I waited for the oil change and it was finished in a timely manner. I’ve been going to them for over three years. He replaced my lower beam bulb for my headlight too. They were short handed but Brian was excellent under stress.
