The Prescription Pad

Glenn and the staff are Amazing. I am a prescriber and have also been a customer. I have not ever had a negative review from any of my patients who have all been pleased with this pharmacy. They work well with patients and prescribers and are very communicative.

Diligent professionalism, with an excellent team who overachieve, and cater to your needs. Need you prescription filled the same day it’s called in? Just call and they’ll make you there priority. They’ll know you by name and before you know it you’ll know there’s too. Great people With a true neighbor feel of personal care with a smile that you won’t find anywhere else. They don’t just fit in our little Nicholasville home. They are the type of folks who make our town home.

So friendly and efficient! Yay for independent pharmacies and their ability to schedule as many techs as they actually need to be helpful and nice and fast

It's a wonderful pharmacy. They always know my name and most of the time they refill my meds before i even ask. It's definitely the best pharmacy I've ever used. And Glenn has saved my life more that once. I'm allergic to a lot of meds. So he always makes sure I'm not allergic. He calls my doctor so they could write me a different script. Everyone is very friendly. And i don't drive. But i don't have to worry because they deliver. I recommend them to everyone i know

Staff always greets you. Super fast service. I always thought the pharmacy in the chain stores was the way to go. I stand corrected. It doesn't take days or hours to get a script filled here.

My last review gave Glenn and his staff 5 stars. 5 stars is a joke as they WAY BEYOND a measly 5 stars. Very recently my insurance company had me change glucose meters. Out of the box it did not work. The manufacturer wanted a week to replace it. Insurance said I could appeal for another meter (takes 5 days). When Glenn was apprised of the situation he cut thru the red tape and gave another meter on the spot no charge. The whole staff there want to make sure you get the medication and equipment you need and as they say "Damn the Torpedoes". Sorry this is long winded but it's nuts if you do business anywhere else.

OUTSTANDING PEOPLE! So i had a major surgery yesterday and made it home before the people delivered my wheelchair and could not find a place to allow me to rent or borrow one just to use to get into my home. Called the P Pad and they not only made 1 available for me to use but actually drove it to my house and assisted me into my bed. I offered the guy some cash because to me i would have paid $100 for this service. He refused and was happy to be of assistance. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart. The care and compassionate staff at the store deserve to be recognized for going above and beyond. Just know it really meant a lot

I switched to Prescription Pad after using one of the "big chain" pharmacies for years. I am so glad I made the switch. I have saved money on prescriptions, the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Plus I feel really good about supporting locally owned and operated businesses in my community. Good job Prescription Pad!

I needed a mouth rinse compounded that my dentist prescribed for me and she recommended The Prescription Pad. I hadn't heard anything about them and I assumed it would be a slow process just because they aren't a retail pharmacy like Walgreens or CVS, but I was shocked with how quickly they had my prescription ready for me! I'll use them again in the future! (Plus it's nice to have the delivery option, though I haven't had a chance to use it yet.)

We recently switched from a big chain pharmacy, and we love it! From the first visit after we met them, we've been greeted by name as we walk in or drive up. They go above and beyond for their customers!!
