Great salesman and a great American made product for my purchase here. Sure it says assembled in USA, I'm sure the parts and pieces are made elsewhere, but as long as some of it went back to the states then I'm happy. 10/10 would recommend.

I drove an hour and a half this Friday (09-30-22) to Oakley Vault , and arrived at 6:58 pm. The doors were locked and no one was in the store . The store hours state that they are open until 9 pm on Fridays . Someone owes me gas money, or a significant discount for my troubles !!!!!!!!!

The store was clean and the sales people were very friendly. Got 2 pairs of glasses for a great price. Check this store out for great deals and prices.

Staff was really helpful. I lost my glasses on vacation, but had an extra set of lenses for them. The employee tried matching the lenses with one of the newer styles and even looked in the back to see if they had the older style they were for.

Great deals on clothing and bags. The whole store is usually 40% off. A lot of the SI stuff can be had for much less than their website and often times less than oakley SI members can get stuff for. Discontinued stuff filters in too like the Hot tub bags. Great bargains on clothing too, sometimes 80% off the website. The staff are always helpful.

Was entirely prepared to pay full price for new pair of Oakleys as my current pair had broke. Worker went out of his way to assure that they weren't still covered under warranty. Ended up they were and I got full refund price towards a new pair! Will totally recommend to others.

Love Oakley I have nothing bad to say out them or their products but I am a little disappointed that there hours are not posted on the door and when I went to the store they were closed when the website say they were open for about another hour.

So I feel I have to give credit where it's due and let me tell you, it's due. I had a pair of metal Holbrook's and took pretty good care of them as any $200 pair of sunglasses. My Crosshairs are still going strong after 5+ years of abuse. So I call the Oakley vault and without giving specific details, I got ahold of Justin (manager). Told him my tale of misfortune and longer story, short... He took care of me when policy wouldn't allow it. Brandon greeted me with the standard policy protocol as any good employee should. However he did his due diligence and got ahold of justin instead of turning me away as he had every right to do and got positive results and I left with a new pair of Crosshairs (upgraded from my Holbrook's). I highly recommend these guys as they took care of a regular Joe when they didn't have to. Thanks again for spectacular customer service and care. Means a lot to this lifetime Oakley wearer...

No high pressure sales men like I thought there would be. They did look like "dudes" that would be wearing the oakley's.
They took my wife's old wore out pair of oakley's and gave her a good percent off a new pair. She got to pick out her lenses and the colors of a few things. She was very happy, and it didnt break the bank. When the wife is happy I am happy!

Nice store. The staff is helpful. The Oakley brand itself is expensive. This is a nice location though, and I recommend the clearance rack!
