Great store. Always clean and well stocked and they have a great staff, always friendly and helpful

The manager ones helped me while I was super in need by giving me a quarter which I was so in need of at that time .

I go for this pharmacy store, because they show not only support In important values, but they put effort for both sides (accommodating customers and employees) to handle certain situations, but one thing that has to change, which they can Is the explanation to people, because some in quote "feel a certain way" but other than that I fully recommend RiteAid :')

Customer service and having tree people on floor and supposed the manager should be the first example to support register for check out...Not happening.

My fiance was followed around late last night like he was going to steal something. We go to this riteaid every week, it's the main place we shop because we live so close. When he came home to tell me the encounter he had I was furious because we had a prior incident where we were being watched and followed, it's clear we haven't stolen anything so I don't understand why it keeps happening? I've worked at a shoe store before and I understand that you have to watch customers but following them around and making it abvious that your watching them makes for an uncomfortable experience. If you have a problem, say something. Thanks

Not much, I'm from out of town but my Dr.is located there so I've decided to use them a few times now. 2 out of 3 times there s been an error/issue that ends up costing me over an HR to fix. However 1 was a mis-count on there part. Luckily they did it to a bunch of ppl that day so it was fixed, AFTER I DROVE 2HRS BACK UP THERE, 4HRS Round Trip. And they could of cared less.

The day pharmacist was rude and is childish. He was unprofessional and should have his license revoked in my view. I would double check anything you get there for your of peace of mind.

This is more convenient for me because I live on this side of town but this rite Aid needs work. TATES CREEK road rite Aid all ways answer the phone this one is blah swear if I had the gas to go back to tcr rite Aid I would they are more friendly their

Prices went up when they change to the Walgreens Pharmacy and the man at the window was extremely rude. Going to take our business somewhere else
