Dr. Jacobs is an incredible asset we clients have here in Nashville. He is extremely easy to talk to, and he is also a great listener. I always look forward to our sessions because I leave with fresh, new insights he provides from our conversations that help me in my personal and professional life. I can’t recommend him enough.

Dr Jacobs is a very pleasant man, however, he was not the right doctor for me. He didn’t say much and really didn’t seem to understand the needs of an aging person. I leave five stars because it was not anyones fault, we just didn’t communicate in a way that was helpful to me.

Had to schedule out 2 solid months in advance for an appointment. Told I was on a call list for potential sooner openings which never happened. 2 months later wake up to 3 voicemails (the day before scheduled time) saying if I don't call by 3PM I lose the appointment. Call to confirm, when I ask why so aggressive turns out they were hoping I'd cancel so someone else could have the appointment
