From the time my husband & I pulled on to the parking lot till the time we drove off with our new car ................. A++ treatment. Johnny met us in the parking lot, very nice guy. Stephanie listen to every detail on what we wanted, and what we were looking for in a car. So much so she even worked a deal to the price range we had told her we wanted to stay within. Never once did we ever feel pressured. As we moved on to the financing team we couldn't have felt move relaxed and at ease. Everyone we came in contact with were fantastic. I was in the market for an Equinox and after doing my research on the prices, trims and features, I found one at One Cent Auto Sales. Compared to the service I had experienced at Chapman Chevrolet the day before, the experience I received at One Cent was exceptional. David Johnson took the time to help me over the phone when I submitted my online contract request, and from the beginning to the end he did an amazing job.
After much debate on my behalf, I didn't leave with the Equinox, instead I purchased a sportier vehicle whose model, performance and style had caught my eye a while back. Since it's impossible to drive 2 cars at one, David went above and beyond by delivering my new car to my home after having it detailed and filing up the tank.

My experience purchasing a car from One cent auto sales was excellent. I worked with Stephanie and Enrique through the entire purchase. They were fast to answer all my questions and helped out as much as he could. I was a little skeptical at first but Stephanie made the car purchase easy by offering a complete walk around of the car and pointing out blemishes to make sure there were no surprises once I received the car. Since purchasing my vehicle from this establishment, they’ve been a great help with any small maintenance issues. Even without an extended car waranty package, Bobby was kind enough to offer me a next day appointment to fix free of charge. I purchased my vehicle almost two years ago and have gone back twice since to fix minor maintenance issues and I am always welcomed with great service. Spectacular customer service even after purchase.
