Clarion Hotel Conference Center - North

I can not understand the rest of these reviews as I was VERY impressed with my stay at this hotel. I could not figure out why the cost to stay here was so low as this was such a nice and clean hotel with great amenities. I booked for the hot tub itself as most hotels don’t have them anymore. The pool was heated which was a plus, the hot tub was great and had fun waterfalls, and they even had a sauna! I did get the impression that a lot was newly renovated or maybe their staff was just great at cleaning. Everything was beautiful, nice, and clean. The only thing I questioned was that the fire alarm went off at 6 am and lasted for probably 15 minutes, but it wasn’t too much of an inconvenience as I went right to sleep again. I will definitely stay here again with the price I paid!

Only thing I have an issue with is this, They took $150.00 from my card an upon checkout the money is "Supposed!" To be returned! There was no smoking in my room nor did I take a television or pillows. So WHAT IS THE HOLD UP Man?? Still waiting days after I've checked out. Makes no sense when they take that money right then, but cannot put it back right then!!!???!!

Had to wait 3 hrs for our room. But, it was a convention. The kids at the pool were unsupervised and jumping into the jacuzzi and the pool; also using basketballs as floatation devices and letting them hit ppl. But the rest of the stay was great.

Hotel room was really clean and good size, only thing I can say is the tv is small but there were 157. Channels and I was able to watch the Lakers on NBA TV! The biggest surprise was an indoor basketball hoop and my son and I shot for an hour then before the Gonzaga vs. KY Wildcats game. Pool was huge and looked clean. Highly recommend for the price.

It was very easy to get to, right off the highway, but it wasn't noisy. It is one of the largest hotels I have been to. It was clean, neat, and had a nice breakfast. I didn't use the pool or other amenities, but they looked very nice.

We were here for a different reason than just passing through, This is the home of an incredible music event, Bluegrass in the Bluegrass!!!!
What an event!!!
However, we can say the staff was extremely professional, the rooms very very nice and the event area is top notch!!!

Had a great stay. Rooms were clean and quiet. Hotel was accommodating with grab and go breakfast at 2am!

Very clean and spacious hotel. You see a beautiful back lit bar through the lobby. There is also a very nice fireplace and TV with plenty of comfortable seating around it. The rooms were large and clean with a refrigerator and microwave. The pool was very large with plenty of seating surrounding it. The hot tub was also very large with a waterfall. The beds were the most comfortable you could ever hope to find in a hotel and were so very appreciated. Breakfast was exceptional. Pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon, oatmeal, biscuits and gravy. All hot and ready to go. The seating area for breakfast has a plenty of tables, spaced out enough to easily walk between. If you're in the Lexington area, this is a must stay!

Great place to stay! Staff were wonderful, pool is huge, hot tub has a waterfall, breakfast includes eggs and bacon and pancakes, parking is convenient. We had a problem with the first room assigned to us and they quickly moved us to a better room (without charging extra). This is our second time staying here, and we'll be back for a third.

My daughter and I stayed here for three nights for an event in Lexington. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The only thing I could possibly think of to critique is the older looking carpet in the hallway that looked like it had seen better days. Everything else was great (service, amenities, access to the highway, quiet at night), and we would definitely stay here again.

I was so pleased with the hotel rooms. I was reading earlier reviews and many were disappointing. But I stayed 2 different times in the month and 2 different rooms in 2 different buildings. They were very clean, nicely furnished, and comfortable.

Excellent second visit to this hotel, and it's one of the top three places I've stayed in my life!

I wish I could give more stars for service!!! I booked through a third-party website over the weekend, but I accidentally booked the wrong night. I called the hotel in a panic, and Jordan was so helpful and professional! She was able to change the reservation, which really saved the day for me.

As far as the hotel itself, it is very clean and well furnished, with tons of amenities, including an on-site restaurant and bar and guest laundry facilities. They also have an indoor pool, hot tub and sauna, business center, exercise area, and basketball court. (We didn't visit any of these areas personally, but I believe all were open.)

Our room was spacious and very clean, with very comfortable bedding, a desk area, mini fridge, microwave, and self-serve coffee. The TV was large, and there were at least 100 channels available. The bathroom was spotless, and the shower had great water pressure. Although we only stayed one night, the room had ample storage space for clothing for a much longer visit.

The hotel is located away from the city center, close to New Circle Road and I-75, in a safe and quiet area with open fields and golf courses nearby. They have several entrances to the building (locked 24/7, accessible only with room key card), so you can park close to any room.

I'd recommend this Clarion location to anyone visiting Lexington, and I'm sure we be staying again on all of our future trips!

This is one of my favorite hotels. The staff are absolutely amazing and are so willing to do what they can to help you out. The room I had was nicely updated and the airconditioning worked so well -- even in a horrible heat wave. It was new and QUIET too. The buffet breakfast was wonderful every morning. Even my super picky daughter enjoyed it.

Would gladly stay again. The staff was just so friendly, it made it feel like home.

Food and service for our conference was very good. A lot of improvements have been made to this hotel since Clarion took it over

Great price for a nice hotel! There are several large conference rooms here, great for any event. The rooms are clean, firm bed, AC & heat worked, and hot water was hot. This is a great place for families as there is a half basketball court, a game room, a large pool, and a large Jacuzzi. The front desk employees are very helpful and kind. Located right off the interstate, and a short drive from Rupp arena.

This location is right off the highway and easy to get to. The entire hotel and rooms are very well kept and very clean. The pool and arcade were fun, the hot tub is large and a great spot to relax. Staff were all friendly!
Best sleep I've had in a hotel in a long time- super comfy beds and pillows; room was quiet. Would definitely stay again if ever back in Lexington. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely visit and will definitely be back. I loved that they have a huge indoor pool and a huge indoor hot tub with waterfalls and the huge sauna room. They have a gym, bar, video games and an indoor basketball court and not to mention many choices for breakfast.

We absolutely LOVE the Clarion Hotel!! The huge breakfast they serve everyday from 6am-9am is better than most restaurants ive eaten in. Its a dog friendly hotel and like someone else said, access to walk your dos is very convenient. The rooms are huge and the beds are great. Even the sheets and comforter they use are high quality. The ONLY bad thing about it is the heating/air conditioner unit in the rooms doesn't have a fan option. I like to hear some noise when I go to sleep. It was just too quiet for me when the heat or air wasn't running..
We would recommend this hotel to anybody that loves high quality for a low price

Kinda older in the one side of the hotel that you ALWAYS get with Priceline but clean. Pool, hot tub and sauna are superb! Restaurant is amazing also. Staff always is great also.

The first room we were assigned had a very strong musty smell.
They were helpfull to finds us another room.
