Parkside Manor Mobile Home Community

Hello, I have lived him for several years , it is one of the most wonderful trailer parks in the Hardin Co area . Actually id rate it the top trailer park in the area . The worked are polite and go out of their way to help their residents . There always improvements being done around the park . The neighbors are friendly and my kids love living here . They really care about their residents they throw parties for the children and make sure to try and have everyone feel at home and safe . If your looking for a good place to start your new journey this would be the place to go !

Moved in a few months ago & at first was hesitant because I didn't know what to expect from a mobile home park..Owners seem absolutely amazing, the rules they have are more than understandable & it seems like the one star reviews lack logic. I applaud you all for your outstanding park & making this a family friendly environment! - our family appreciates everything you all do for us & the community! 💕

I want to show my appreciation to the manager Nicole, for all the help she has given us. This is definitely one of the better mobile home parks in Radcliff. It took us awhile to find a nice home and seeing her Facebook ad was a blessing to us. She walked us through the entire process and gave us a ton of helpful information. Even when I was apprehensive about a mobile home she calmed my fears, as I’ve never lived in one before. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! We are so excited about our home and being a part of a community. My kids love the house already. I absolutely recommend this place and this manager, she’s awesome!!!

Parkside Manor is definitely turning around for the better. I have had a GREAT experience with purchasing a new home. The managers are super friendly and they really work with you. They listen if you have any questions or concerns. The maintenence crew is also very friendly. The managers and maintenence crews are working really hard to clean up and make this park a better and safer community for all. I have no complaints at all. I would definitely recommend Parkside Manor to anyone looking for a new place to call home. I honestly cannot wait to see how the park flourishes after all the upgrades to the park are finished.

We just recently bought a mobile home here it is a great and clean place they are doing a lot of work to make it a better place to live at and the management is great and very friendly and helpful in many ways Thank you

Loved it, lots of fun bunch of different things to do, go early so you'll have time to do the things you want.

I am impressed with the new ownership! SG Communities has friendly employees and a Facebook group for the residents. Parkside Manor will continue to see improvements!

I got on Google Maps and get some location sharing between me and my wife I'm in Fairdale looks like he's in Parkside Manor but of course that's where she supposed to be LOL

I have 2 friends that live here. It is a tidy community that seems pleasant.
