T-Mobile

I can not say I am a T-Mobile fan, despite having been with them for over 20 years.
However, today was a great experience. There were just enough customers for each of the representatives.
Donovan was the guy who helped me today. After getting the run around the day before from a different T-Mobile store and having to try to get my issue resolved which took over an hour was a nightmare. The sales reps were nice and as helpful as they could be, they just hadn't experienced my situation before and were at a loss as to what to do or how they can help.
Donovan and the service rep. helping on the phone were efficient, friendly, gave me no problems whatsoever.
What turned out to be an hour episode the previous day turned out to be a 20 minute quick (T-Mobile quick, anyway) stop, and everything was resolved.

Wow!! I wasn't in the store for 30 minutes. I walked in, knew what I wanted, and they had me up and running and out the door in less than 30. Super helpful and friendly.

Always friendly, very helpful staff that will get you what you need with great customer service and quickly. They're very knowledgeable and make you feel comfortable. My husband and I switched over from At&t because we needed an international plan with him going overseas. We got a killer deal on brand new phones, cases, covers, chargers, etc. We pay slightly more than we did at att but that's just because we tacked on the price of our phones and everything. The service is about a million times faster and no data slowdowns! That was always so frustrating with att, they kept raising our bill every few months, adding nothing and halfway through the month our data was so slow you couldn't listen to a freakin podcast or use maps properly. No issues with that anymore, we're over 6 months in and thrilled with TMobile. If you're on the fence, just switch.

Great service. No waiting. Took my kids to add them to my plan and get new phones for them too. Sales guy knew what he was doing and got both phones transferred over from the old phones. Even was able to keep old numbers even since they were from AT&T

I really enjoy the internet. If you get there internet, make sure you put the tower next to a window.

Had the pleasure of working with Manny when I went to the E'town store. I went there with my daughter to update her account information and purchase a new phone. He was awesome. We were greeted by several members of staff when we walked in the door and didn't have to wait long at all to get one on one attention from Manny. He was very patient with us as we had to call T Mobile support to change the whole phone plan and account first. She got to purchase the phone she wanted, he transferred everything from one phone to the other and he found her a plan she can afford by herself. Great customer service and one happy teenager.

The store is clean and very nice on the eye as you walk through the door. The employees are the best, professional, friendly, very knowledgeable of their products and procedures. It's always a pleasure to do business at this store. I do recommend this store.

My wife and I came into this store this morning, looking to change service providers, get a phone upgrade, and save money. Manny was the man who made all of this happen! He spent more than 2 HOURS with us ensuring we got the best deal possible while keeping our phone numbers and paying less each month. We walked out of the store with TWO NEW iPHONES, a better deal on our monthly internet, and a bunch of other perks. The customer service and care he provided to us is the most anyone could ask for when coming to a phone store. We could also tell he had a good relationship with other staff members, as they helped him out with our transaction and joked around along the way. Thank you very much for your hard work Manny and T-Mobile in Elizabethtown. We definitely made the right switch today.

We have been with Tmobile for about 11 years. They have always had great customer service, but yesterday Mary was just amazing. She was patient, answered all of our questions, addressed issues we were having, and made setting up a new line for our son an easy process. You don't seem to get that too much these days, so I highly recommend this store.

The employee, Mary, was friendly and helpful, switching out my screen protector for a new one. Tmobile had sent me the replacement but I didn't think I could do it myself. I so appreciated her professionalism and kindness.

Its the best place to go here you're treated special, even when you walk in with four new devices you received not bqd until they realize you need help with them all such big grins and informative help no pause on their part they set up my items while helping another customer who had her little hands helping him it was a little wait, but well worth the wait

Every time I go here I receive quality customer service. The team there is always helpful. I'm acknowledged as a customer. They are able to resolve any issues I have with my phone rather quickly. When I have questions about newer phones, they are honest and up front. Truly an example of what T-Mobile stands for.

Great customer service. We've used this store to add lines and upgrade phones and the team always took the time to ensure we got exactly what we needed. T-mobile employees are paid hourly, but they also get a commission. One employee at this store went above and beyond by informing me of an upcoming deal that will save me over $500 on a new phone despite the fact that it cost him a sale. All around great people who really know their stuff. The store is usually pretty busy, so even though they are quick and knowledgeable, you may have to wait a few minutes to be helped.

Great service! Was able to answer all my questions and was very polite the entire time. Sometimes that's hard with rude customers like I saw today but they handled it extremely well. I recommend this T-mobile store highly as well as the T-mobile service. Keep up the good work!

They was able to fix my lost phone situation with no problems very nice and helpful and help me fix the problem in no time at all

I came to this location on 8-24-2013. There was a female assistant manager on duty that morning who went out of her way to help solve my problem. I regret that I did not take note of her name, but she went above and beyond my expectations. I am a very happy T-Mobile customer! I have used T-Mobile for many years, but I have had very few interactions with the corporate stores. I found that this store provides the same exceptional attention to customer service that I have experienced from T-Mobile's call centers and website. I want to give a big "Thank You" to the staff at E'town's T-Mobile store. You guys are great!

The tmobile store in Elizabethtown KY is awesome. Located next to the taco bell it is easy to find. The staff was friendly and well trained. Jennifer was great in getting us set up with new phones. What a pleasant experience. Thank you all!

I recently had an incident with my S4 phone. Had it for almost 4 years. When something strange happened and it melted at the connection of the charger. I went to t mobile here in Elizabethtown. They sold me a GREAT S7 phone. But a couple of days later, I found that same phone on sale for a VERY substantial amount less. When I contacted the company and the people at our office here. They didn't bat an eye. The manager took my account and made it right. Everyone was kind, courteous and professional.
