Pinecrest Inn & Suites

I can’t say enough great things about this hotel. Greg the employee/gm was a joy to work with. His customer service was top notch. I was able to park my truck and (BIG) trailer in their lot with Greg’s help and that was just the beginning. The rooms are awesome!! Two big beds, tons of room, a nice big night stand, microwave, big normal size fridge!! Every time I’m coming through flagstaff this will be the new stopping location. Come check it out for yourself!! Thanks again.

If I could give 100 stars i would! Awesome place! Owners CARE about their property! They remodeled the whole place themselves. The rooms are each unique. Beautiful tile work, huge walk in shower, handmade beautiful headboards, new flooring, paint, everything works as it should. Full size fridge and microwave, small dining table, and large dressers in our room. Walk in closet! (Are you kidding me!) King size bed. The room itself is giant, especially at the price point. You could easily spend 3 or 4 times as much to get the same quality of stay somewhere else. If you have any doubts...lay them aside and stay here! Great place! Easy walk to numerous shops and restaurants.

Private owners.. Nice to have actually keys to your little cozy paradise. Don't let the outside fool you, this place is absolutely beautiful. Owners are very sweet, well kept, updated. Comfortable and affordable place to stay in Flagstaff. We saw a couple options and the rooms were totally remodeled and clean. Both of them had appliances and was big enough to accommodate a family. They are open 24 hours. The concierge is very friendly and courteous. They also offer free coffee and tourist guides at the reception.

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the rooms were. It was very clean. They looked recently renovated.. We loved the shower. Staff was friendly and The PRICE WAS VERY INEXPENSIVE. Well worth for the room we got. We will definitely return and I highly recommend this motel.

This is a funky, little hotel right off historic rt 66 in flagstaff! Owned and managed by a fantastic and friendly lady. Well appointed, large rooms. It's far enough off the major roads that you can truly enjoy the perk of elevation while observing the night sky. Surrounded by huge aspens and other big trees, it is cozy and smells lovely. Room was a bit a chilly, but given the price and its location and the quaintness, it was okay. I'm sure if i'd asked how to operate the heat, it would have been resolved. We will def stay there again when up in flagstaff!

Quiet, clean, and cozy. Great service, reasonable rates. I absolutely loved the room , and the bed was great. Tiny parking lot, so be careful! My wife and I enjoyed this experience!

Such a cute motel. Everything I needed for my travels and the management is so kind and helpful. I showed up shortly after midnight after 15 hours of driving and as you would expect, most everywhere was out of vacancies. So glad I found this cute place!

My wife and I were visiting from Arkansas, stayed here for a week, and the manager, Adena, made our stay incredibly pleasant. Room was recently remodeled, extremely clean, comfortable beds, full size fridge, and we got to see beyond fantastic customer service!!!!! Which is rare in this day and time. Adena, you rock!!!! My daughter and I are staying the weekend here and I must say that this place offered very clean and cozy rooms with a reasonable price. Also to make this place even better is the woman in the office. She was super friendly and informitive. She was able to give us info on some places to go and things see on a budget! We will for sure come here again when we visit flaggstaff. And we are recommending this place to others. Thanks office lady sorry I forgot your name but your awesome!

A true testament to the phrase, "Looks can be deceiving" inside the motel is an incredible stay, comfortable beds and a full kitchen and a great nights sleep. Staying in the queen suite is truly a better expirence than i have had at other hotel suites, Truly a great a experience and my family loved it... Thank you Pinecrest Staff for the great expirence, makes me feel like I am in a home away from home

I used to live in the Pinecrest motel and it was horrible. I was there the other day with family. I was extremely shocked to see all the upgrades they've done to pick up the look and feel. Everything was beautiful it looks amazing. Great job

Friendly staff, very clean and comfortable interior, outside looks kinda like most cheap motels but when you get inside its much better than what you might be expect.

Easy location off I-40. Classic outside and beautifully updated inside. Service was super friendly! I'd definitely stay again next time I'm in Flagstaff.

While it isn't the Ritz, management has done a great job and it is a pleasant stay.
