Honestly, I didn't think it was possible to get my very old carpets cleaned, but the before an after pictures are proof that they do a fabulous job. She told me on the phone they'd be here between 3 and 6 pm. They were here at 3, got right to work, and were very polite, respectful, and courteous. I will definitely use them again. I am extremely satisfied with their work.

I got my sectional cleaned by Piles a couple days ago and they did a phenomenal job! They were on time which Iloved! They called me upon arrival so I could put my dogs up in time!
Most people knock really loud so they were very considerate when I told them to call first!
They are also very passionate about what they do as well which is hard to come by considering the world today!

Our basement flooded due to our hot water tank bursting. Water was everywhere, so immediately I started calling around for a resortation companies. I called Servpro, Paul Davis and Piles, they all showed up within hours of the call which was Awesome.

We decided to go with Piles and they did an amazing job. They explain the process from start to finish, they worked with our insurance company and most importantly they completed the job within a timely manner. I recently relocated to the area and purchased a home. My furniture was arriving three days after I closed on the house. I called Pile's Carpet Care and to get a quote. Not only did they provide me with an affordable quote immediately over the phone, the gentlemen, who cleaned the carpets worked late to accommodate my needs. In addition, they applied grout sealer in the dinning area. The employees were friendly and professional and the service was exceptional. I highly recommend Pile's Carpet Care.

Super friendly technicians! I wish I could remember their names but they were wonderful! They came all the way to Louisville to clean our vents and did a great job! I highly recommend getting your vents cleaned if you never have, you’ll be mind blown! The price was affordable and we will continue to do business with them!

I had my carpets cleaned today.Jesse and his son did an awesome job. My carpets were really dirty and they came out looking great! They went the extra mile of moving my furniture to clean behind them, and my really heavy king size bed to clean under it too. I will definitely call them again when I need my carpets cleaned. They are also cleaning my wool rugs, all for a very reasonable price!!

A few months ago we had a backup in our basement. Piles cleaned our ceramic tile floors and we were so happy with them we also had them do our wood floors. Very professional, friendly and did a wonderful job. Would highly recommend them as their prices were the best!

Excellent customer service. I had a few concerns after a carpet cleaning and the owner came out himself on a Sunday afternoon to look at the work and remedy the situation and THEN some. Mistakes happen but as long as a company stands by their work, that is a service I will continue to use. Unfortunately I will be moving out of state, but will recommend Pile's to family, friends, and clients.
