I don't have enough words for how helpful these folks were. I am located in Michigan and had no power during a blizzard with a hospice patient needing oxygen. Our local generator servicer was overwhelmed with calls and we couldn't get through. Gen-Tech called me back immediately and walked me through a fix over the phone. I had the power back on in 20 minutes. So grateful. THANK YOU!!
