Had to put my dog down I'd had 19 years. The staff were extremely compassionate and the doctor explained everything step by step and answered a couple of questions I had. Even gave me time to spend with Blue afterwards alone

I highly recommend EAH, I came here after my dog broke his leg and we had it repaired in louisville. They did his check ups, actually talked to us and explained everything that the Louisville hospital didn't do.

I've been going to E'town Animal Hospital for over 20 years! I think surgeries require an appointment, but otherwise this is a walk-in animal care clinic.

E'town Animal Hospital is certainly a blessing to the Hardin County community! Without E'town Animal Hospital's affordable pricing, I just don't know how people like me could afford quality veterinary care for our cats and dogs. To my knowledge they only treat cats and dogs now, but I may be wrong on that.

The veterinarians are helpful, caring and knowledgeable. And while payment is due at the time of service, they are usually willing to provide at least some amount of discount for people who express the need. They are honest and what they quote is what you pay (no hidden last-second fees). If you are a dog or cat owner in the north-central Kentucky area, I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND E'town Animal Hospital for checkups, well/sick visits, surgeries, parasite treatments, vaccinations, and more!

I had to have my beloved 15 year old Standard Poodle euthanized last Wednesday. Dr. Bailey and the staff were kind and helpful during this difficult time. Dr. Bailey arranged for the cremation because I wasn’t in shape to take care of the details. I am very appreciative.

Great staff and doctors, very reasonable. Our puppy was hit by a car and we were able to walk in and be seen right away. So happy we were able to get him in and looked at right away. Got some x-rays and a splint put on, was cheaper then I expected. 5 weeks later and he is getting his splint off and good to go run around again.

Quick wait time, friendly reception staff, and the vet was very attentive and showed great care and concern for my puppy.

Took our dog here after getting mauled by a small animal in the back yard. Grateful to the team who went above and beyond and we didn’t spend an arm and a leg so you KNOW that’s a good place to go.

x-ray and explained plan of care for him .
This afternoon he’s already showing improvement.

The staff is wonderful and I have always had great care for my pets. I currently have a dog with a disability and Kiara is such a lovely employee and takes the time and patience to make sure my fur baby Mini is not stressed and has a good experience getting her nails done and her allergy shot. All the employees are very kind and show lots of love to Mini and that makes a huge difference in the overall visit. I've had a lot of animals and experienced a lot of different doctors and techs over the years and our community is blessed to have EAH and their employees.

Jeremy Yates and Mark Nall are absolutely great Dr. Wouldn't trust our fur babies with anyone else. Very compassionate as well when having to send one on the rainbow bridge.

I would recommend EAH to anyone. I just took my Girl there yesterday because she suddenly stopped eating. Dr. Jeremy was so gentle, yet so thorough with her. He knew from his physical exam that something was terribly wrong with her stomach and he took the time to explain to me, in great detail, what he thought it was and all the options we had to get my baby back to normal. X-rays verified his diagnosis and he performed her surgery that afternoon. I was kept in the loop with how everything was going the whole time she was there (she stayed overnight after surgery). She is now home and recovering well! Everyone there is so kind and empathetic to their clients situations. Love them!

I’ve taken multiple dogs here and not once ever an issue accept a slight long wait time, and my current dog now, I truely have anxiety and thought when I took last year for the first time in 2023 she would t do good, because I’ve literally have had her since literal birth so me and her have a really strong bond, and i over estimated her and she did good. She didn’t like them checking temperatures but what dog doesn’t? Lol but she loved getting the attention she got from the drs and so on

Have 3 dogs and they receive the best care at Elizabethtown Animal Hospital. ALL EMPLOYEES have made me feel welcomed and my pups know that they receive professional and friendly service too!

They have have been our family doctors for all our 4 legged children they are truly awesome ppl who actually care about the care and treatment of our family.as long as we have a 4 legged member of the family they will our only choice for medical treatment. The vets and staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They take the time to answer questions and provide details on any needed care.
The wait times are reasonable although peak times can result in a lengthier wait time as expected.
We have never had a negative experience and would highy recommend.

Great staff. Doctor was quick and listened. Front desk staff great. Easy signing up my puppy for a new patient. Explained everything to us.

Any time I’ve had to bring my cat Kramer here it’s been urgent and we always receive the best care while being seen in a timely manner. We had to rush Kramer to be seen very close to closing yesterday, regardless of closing in 5 minutes they still managed to make time to see him and reassure me it wasn’t anything life threatening. Anywhere else would have turned us away, Dr. Barnard is very sweet to our blind boy. We’re very happy to know he’s in good hands.

Amazing and wonderful people. They're so good with Dozer and seem to never lose their patience. He can be very trying at times.

Great service by people that love animals. Highly recommend their professional staff and docs! And they are not over priced either.
