This insurance agency is located next to a therapy clinic working with kids who have disabilities. They have been very rude to the families of that clinic by threatening to tow vehicles parking in their spaces. They have reserved over half of the parking lot and left only 4 spaces for a clinic that serves many many families. They have reserved 13. Anyone that treats others in this way should be ashamed of themselves and I would never give them my business. They would rather make disabled children cross a long parking lot near a busy street and risk their safety than walk a few extra feet themselves. I find the fact that we have to even talk about this utterly absurd. Do better.

I came to them to talk about home, auto and possibly life insurance on May 17th at 12:00Pm I was treated very rudely because they were going to do a "photo shoot" and was told that I could NOT park in front of their building where the signs clearly state Reserved parking for North Hardin Insurance.
I walked up to them and tried asking about talking to a agent and was ignored, apparently photos are more important and it was more important than myself being a customer

Very rude. Enough said.
